Got the chicken combo, which came with both the Hawaiian BBQ chicken and chicken katsu. The BBQ chicken tasted like a teriyaki chicken and it was delicious. The rice was almost like a sticky rice and the elbow macaroni was ok. The fried chicken katsu was just ok. I think the batter was bland and it needed something flavorful but other than that I would be back.

Ono is clean and very friendly staff. I ordered the Island Fire Chicken, which I have to say was a tad too spicy and greasy. The side veggies, rice and salad were delish. The meal was huge. I shared and was stuffed! As I was leaving, I chatted with someone who was eating the lemon chicken and pork. They said it was delicious and healthy. That’s what I’ll order next. Definitely worth a try for a good, quick, huge meal.

Decent quasi fast food, service is VERY slow, waited 20 minutes for food to eat at the restaurant – 20 minutes to make chicken? This place also became very expensive, dinner for 2 people is $35.00 with sodas. The dining room also needs attention, tables are dirty and the floor needs to be mopped. I’ve been here in the past and service was quicker and the dining area much cleaner. I love the food – maybe needs new mgnt or staff training?

First time visitor to this fast food establishment. Was truly a great experience. The food was delicious. Made fresh. Portions were adequate. Not to big. Leftovers for my wife. The Chicken Katsu was crunchy. Yet not dry. The sauce was a great addition. From the Katsu sauce and the Teriyaki Sauce. The manager was very friendly. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Probably the nastiest food I’ve had in awhile. I went in super hungry. I ordered the island fire chicken, usually it’s grilled and the sauce is consistent, this was hot but like they cooked it barely and not to get the flavors mixed in. The other locations know how to do this properly. I was hungry so I ate it even though it didn’t taste so good. Wish I would have returned it and got my money back, not feeling so good as I write. All of the tables were dirty also, maybe there was a lunch rush? but the place was almost empty when I came in.

Wow they run a tight ship here! I love that! You can tell it’s clean, efficient, and very good. I got the Kalua pork and teriyaki chicken plate to go and LOVED it… Also the person who took my order was so nice it caught me off guard! Great place!
