This is the worst pizza hut in the city. I ordered delivery on a Thursday evening and the drivers brought me a complete different order, they brought me someone’s carry out order! When you can’t reach the store they transfer you to their call center who tells you they can’t help you. You can’t get in touch with anyone from the store because they either don’t answer or they pick up the phone then hang up. So since I couldn’t get in touch with anyone I had to drive to the store, thankfully I have a vehicle. When I got to the store they were no help. All I asked for was a refund on my delivery fee since I was inconvenienced and had to drive myself to the store for my order. they wouldn’t refund me they told me a manager wasn’t in and I had to wait for the GM to get in on Monday. Monday gets here and of course again I can’t get in touch with anyone. No one is answering the phone, or I’m getting hung up on. The customer service at this location is garbage and they need to fire everyone and hire people who actually care about their job because this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life when none of this is my fault

I wish I could give it negative stars, cause this order was the worst in a while…I ordered only two personal pizzas and cinnamon sticks. It was too many mushrooms on both, the food had a weird smell to it, with the biggest part being our stomachs in crippling pain two days later. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

(online order picked up in store.) Well cooked, wings are juicy not over powering either. Fry’s are actually really good, They weren’t super greasy nor crunchy but very good. The pizza is delicious, the right amount of garlic butter on the crust could use a little bit more cheese (I ordered extra as well) other then that absolutely great!

I’ve been seeing the commercial about the New Yorker pepperoni pizza and it looked pretty good so I figured I would order one. So I ordered one online which is easy because it’s easy to order on Pizza Hut. They had it done when they said it would be done and I went and picked it up. I opened up the box to get a piece of it. Believe me when I say it looked Like they were running out pepperoni that day so they rationed the pepperoni out and put a little bit of it on the pizza. The only reason I am ate it is because I already paid for it and I was hungry. I will not buy another one.

I just tried to call the store four different times and every time it went to pick up they hung up on me then when they finally get through I asked if they got any specials the girl can’t even barely speak English I couldn’t even understand it you got somebody answering a phone and taking orders that cannot speak English well enough to where people can understand them that takes a lot of brains

I ordered and waited a hour called and they said door dasher hasn’t came called back 45 mins later still no door dasher. I wanted to pick it up but they still was charging me the delivery fee. I asked for a refund. Fingers crossed that I’ll get it back
