Stopped in for the first time today, and we’ll be going back again soon! Probably because of the weather, we were the only people there. Food came out piping hot and cooked to perfection! Even the fries were just the right crispiness and seasoned well. I had the catfish poboy, husband had the shrimp and grits. Good flavor and the food was done just right. Kind of wish the Bourdain Balls had a dipping sauce, but they didn’t really need it. Service was fast and friendly!

Dang, this place is delicious. I called ahead and ordered when I was 10 minutes out and once I showed up I had to wait an additional 25 so that was a drawback but the food was really phenomenal and worth the wait in 106 degree Texas heat. The strawberry lemonade is incredible too!! Lots of sodium in this dish but I’d order it again

I ordered via DoorDash. Food is seasoned really good. Love the lemonade. Love the sauce on the side. However, I’d recommend frying the food harder(longer) so it doesn’t get soggy fast. Fish, wings and fries were all soggy by the time I got it. All perfect seasoned though.

I got the voodoo catfish. Couldn’t wait to bring it home. It did not disappoint. It seemed a little bit pricey but it’s enough for two people or one hungry Cajun. Catfish is cooked just right, nice and flaky and the shrimp and gravy on top is amazing. It may have a bit to much sodium for anyone sensitive to it. But I will definitely be back for this one and to try their other menu items!

We had HubbyBack cater for our sons college graduation party and the food was excellent! I was happy to have plenty of leftovers to send home with our son and his friends. The sliders, chicken and waffles and meatballs were delish!

Listen here children…. I’ve been sent by the Food Gods to deliver this message. IDK which Demi-God commissioned the Voodoo Catfish but it is heavenly! Now I’m very particular about my fish, oftentimes you find people undercook/fry and over season but THIS FISH RIGHT HERE is PERFECT. That catfish was clearly raised on a farm in the Mississippi Delta eating the finest of feed and listening to the blues! IT HAD FLAVOR and didn’t taste like Lind water!

Ordering our food at the food truck was a headache we had to constantly repeat our order to the young man working the entire food truck himself & when we would ask questions he would just stare at us or respond so quietly we had to ask again. That is not a way to run a business.

My husband surprised me with dinner on his way home today and brought me my favorite anytime dish, shrimp n’ grits. I took one bite and couldn’t stop. They were so delicious. On top of the good food, my husband raved about the young man who helped him and made the food. He said he was extremely polite, professional, and just super pleasant to talk to. Makes my heart happy to hear about our young out there working hard and doing a good job doing it. This place is definitely one of our go-to spots from now on. I finally decided to try our local food trailer, was greeted with a sour looking teen. No hello, no thanks for coming, nothing! Rude from the start. Ordering a meal and could not get plate cause they were not ready to serve. To bad, never going back.
