I always get our orders to go, so I don’t have any thoughts about atmosphere. Love their turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant, but they’ve burned and sold us the croissant recently, so if you’re getting it to go, you may want to check it before you leave. Nonetheless, when I brought this to their attention, they made it right without any issue.

This girl named Taylor that works there was pointing at me laughing while talking to her coworker and during that time I saw her walk toward my drink and put her face near it. My order which was a burrito was burnt where I barely could even bite into it. Me and my friend waited 8 minutes in there drive thru just for my food to be burnt and for my drink to taste like trash. I would never be back again. I tried to call up there and it went straight to voicemail. So this is my other option

This Dunkin Donuts is a joke, run by stupid teenagers with no management supervision. I went yesterday to get a half dozen donuts and an ice coffee. I had to repeat my donuts order 5 times. Then an idiot teenager boy came to the window laughing to ask again for the 5th time, and that’s when I lost it. Then some girl came to bring me my donuts and threw them at me. I called today to speak to a manager and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. What a train wreck run by dumb, idiotic teenagers!

There was a communication problem. He couldn’t understand what I wanted. I ordered a caramel latte. I was given a green tea latte. After several attempts to try to get the order right I just kept it. Had the dinning room been open it may have been a better experience.

I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve visited Dunkin Donuts in Toccoa. The blood orange refresher is my favorite. The crew has always been friendly and smiling. I’m glad they brought one to Toccoa.

We went through the drive thru a few times (my dad’s reward for seeing his doctor, hehe) they’re always quick, the food is good, and the staff are pleasant. They did forget an item once but we should have checked before leaving.

This place has come a long way… everyone has always been very nice. But when they first opened it took a really long time to get anything but doughnuts. Now they are surprisingly fast.

I really have no complaints at all regarding to customer service and all my orders have been amazing… BUT not having all day breakfast is killing me.. I have a really bad eating disorder and it’s very difficult for me to eat most of the time. I usually get hungry for breakfast during midday.. the breakfast sandwiches at Dunkin are just light enough for me to eat and be easily digestible. Maybe this bothers me so much because I used to live next to a Dunkin for years that has always had an all day breakfast and I’m not accustomed to it.

Decided to give Dunkin a try. Great selection of breakfast foods. I had the avocado toast with bacon, and a Carmel Macchiato. The toast is a large slice of good bread a thin spread of food avocado, but the bacon is a little bit less than I expected, but we’ll cooked a tasty. The coffee was very good. Prices were as expected. Service was very good. Staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely going back.
