It is a good bar food kind of place, the deep fried cheese and pickles were amazing and great serving sizes too! The meals ( all burgers) were wonderful! You will get full! The speciality burgers are giant! Service was wonderful, welcoming, and pleasant! Other than a very uneven table ( which I put paper under the leg and worked well) all was very good and worth the drive. I would recommend. Remember it’s a bar so nothing fancy to look at but makes up in yummy food!

Service was great. Pulled pork sandwich and curly fries were great. Buffalo chicken and Swiss was great. The BLTs were mediocre. It is tomato season and the tomatoes on the sandwiches were anemic. Tomato is in the name of the sandwich. One of the four of us ordered regular fries and they were burned beyond edibility. They tasted like burned oil and they were burned AND soggy. How is that possible?

Great place! Great atmosphere! Never disappointed when we come here for a cocktail or a meal. On this occasion I tried the pot roast sandwich which was out of this world 5 stars for sure! My wife had the BLT Which was good. their take on it is a little different 3 stars, Last we tried the beer nuggets which were freaking amazing 5 stars !

Absolutely loved this place. The bartender/waitress was super fast and very friendly. The food was outstanding and the portions were large. The froggy burger was ginormous and better than you could imagine but I think my family’s favorite was the beer cheese dip. Froggy’s reminded us all of a “bar and grill” you would come across in Wisconsin. We will 100% be returning.

I got the Friday special, fried cod with salad and curly fries. The fish was very good but the curly fries were too thin, overly crisp, bland, and not hot. The salad was ok, nothing special but was generous with cheese. I may return to try a burger or breakfast burrito.

Rode the Harley’s up to my hometown of Rock Falls today for lunch. I had the Philly Cheesesteak hamburger on a pretzel bun. Awesome sandwich! Everyone I the group had nothing but good to say about their food as well. Service was spot on!!

Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 1969. If you come, bring your best shades, as the lazors are going to shoot right through your eye sockets and blind you. Other than that, great place!
