We were in town and decided to try this place out based on the good reviews. Even though we stopped in around 2:45PM, the food and service we received were both excellent. The gentleman who took our order was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. We ordered the chips, salsa and guacamole, a flight of all 7 of their tacos, a couple of margaritas, and an appetizer made of crispy cheese with cactus on it (can’t remember the name). Everything was served nicely presented and the food was just great. We really liked the appetizer whose name we can’t remember, but all of the tacos were at least okay, and most were outstanding. We will be back very soon.

Fantastic Taco Tuesday food – and even better staff and service..! Cool vibe and if it looks like all of the outside seating in front is occupied, they have more (better) seating behind the restaurant, too. Highly recommended for the best tacos we have had in Longmont!

An amazing experience at a fantastic taco joint. The food was supreme, the drinks were amazing, and there’s plenty of choices. You have to try the margaritas, made to perfection. There is some inside seating but the majority is outside and they have patio heaters for the chilly weather. A definite go to for tacos and drinks

Good review for this place. The location itself is great. Excellent atmosphere, fast service, and friendly people. The tacos are delicious. The only thing not so cool is that the tacos are quite small, so you must buy several if you want to feel satisfied.

Very chill atmosphere especially the outdoor back patio space. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was super tasty. We had an assortment of the various meat tacos and the esquites. If we lived in the area Summit would be a frequent visit.

The gentleman that served my margarita at the counter was fantastic although it would be nice for somebody to check on you once in a while, I believe this is counter service place but not sure. I wish we could say more. The margarita was on the sour side which I like but my husband doesn’t. It was served with a tajin rim. We sat out front with our dog and they are very dog friendly. I believe if you want additional food/drinks you do have to go back inside. They have a backyard bar occasionally, We heard music as we were walking by a few nights ago.

So, my husband and I found this place coming from Berthoud. We LOVE good tacos so we were excited. The food was decently good, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The 3rd time we went in, it was my son’s 1st birthday and we wanted to get some tacos and go to a park near by. The man who took my order (he had a facial piercing, I think a dermal near his eye) was EXTREMELY rude. He took my order and I saw him pouring my horchata into a glass. I had then said, “oh sorry, it’s supposed to be to go” as he never asked if it was to go or not. He then gets very snarky and says “you should have f’ing said that before I put the order in”. This response was just so wild to me as I’ve never had someone be so rude while at a restaurant. It was HIS job to ask me if it was for here or to go. And then he was VERY rude for no reason. This place is counter service, not a sit down restaurant. It would be very different if we were sitting at a table and our server brought us our food and I said it was actually for to go.
