Horrible. Horrible customer service. Called to inform they forgot an item. They said that they couldn’t deliver it because it was through door dash. When they told the dasher we only had one box. Doordash wouldn’t send anyone. So I called Papa Johns, and they had the dessert, confirmed it was for our order, but couldn’t deliver it themselves…..what a dissapointing night. Why even order from here if I don’t get half my food?

I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza an hour ago and when I got it, one of the slices got a really long piece of hair in it. It’s not mine because I have short hair. No one else in my family has long hair. I called the General Manager Alex and he said that it’s not his hair because he’s bald. He told me over the phone that he cannot refund me nor can I return the pizza because of policy. He did say that he’s going to report it to investigation but the results will depend if other customers had the same problem.

Just ordered a cheese pizza and looks like I got extra topping for free there’s a roach in the pizza box ALEX who claims to be the GM says he checks every box before delivery guess he’s a liar and have very bad hygiene I will be reporting this store and call corporate I guess this is their better ingredients to their better pizza

Ordered delivery. They driver got lost but marked my order as delivered even though I had not received the food. I called the store to sort it out and was told it wasn’t their problem since they use doordash for delivery (without telling you that). They hung up on me twice and were rude and unhelpful. Will not be ordering from them again.

Just go to the Publix in the same shopping center, go to the frozen pizza aisle, spin around ten times, and buy the first frozen pizza you see. It will be 1/4 the cost and be just as good if not better than anything this place can get you.

I should’ve checked the reviews before trying this place. I ordered online and showed 35-44 minute wait. My toddler and I stopped by Publix and got there a little later than the shown time. There were at least 7-8 people waiting in the small waiting area. They haven’t even started my order. I asked the lady to cancel my order and she did. She gave me the receipt not even looking at me. Was it too much to expect her to say sorry? We had to go back to Publix to get a frozen pizza for dinner. Now reading other reviews, my experience is not even close to the worst. I guess it’s just a popular area so they don’t care about such things. And, NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WEARS MASKS. They just lost my business which they wouldn’t even care.

I ordered the pizza before 6pm asked the pizza to be delivered at 7:30pm. At 7:50pm there is no status update. Called in and the pizza wasn’t even started to make. I was asked if I wanted to wait for another 45 minutes or cancel. Obviously ordering earlier didn’t help.
