I went to Chipotle the other night for dinner and I got a burrito bowl and a quesadilla. The bowl was fantastic. The only issue I had was the portion of salad dressing and guacamole they can me. This was a to go order so I did not release the portion until I got home.

I was stopping by at chipotle after a food delivery. I was taking a break. There are three African-American staff members 2 females 1 male. I heard the staff members as soon as I pull up to the counter, were swearing and cussing expressing themselves, talking and communicating whatever they’re talking about. The lady that was serving me asked if I was picking up my food and I told her I was ordering. I was there to order a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, veggies, cheese sour cream, and guacamole. I told her I want guacamole, but instead, she was about to put corn when I told her no twice nicely, and then I raised my voice saying that I don’t want corn. The lady didn’t like it when I raised her voice. Her excuse was I heard no corn once. The black male employee told her “that we don’t want to serve him.” That’s when I got upset in raged. They told me to get out of the establishment and cussed and swearing at me and I bang the counter and tear apart the delivery rack. I was about to throw my Delivery bag at the prep area, but it was not necessary. And then the black male employee came and throw a glass bottle at me twice. The first time he hit me I throw it back at the door and he throw it again with shards of glass. I’m glad I avoided that but just imagine if my hands started bleeding. I do apologize for damaging property, and you gotta understand that I am mentally disabled (I’m autistic) and I might do something unintentional or do something too far but the same time I just don’t appreciate the disrespect and not getting want on my food. The staff members misunderstood me and refused to kick me out for raising my voice? I would’ve raised my voice if I told her I want guacamole on my chicken burrito bowl. I never said corn. And so she put corn anyway when I told her not to TWICE. I don’t tolerate it when people don’t get my order wrong and refuse to serve me all because she disrespected me for when I told her no corn twice?! Worse chipotle I ever been to. I’m awaiting chipotle’s response about this. Hopefully I won’t get police involved about me damaging the delivery rack on the wall.

This is the worst Chipotle I have been in. They are so slow, nonchalant and could care less. The sad thing is that, they were not even busy, when they reluctantly took my order, they missed two items because they were not even concerned. It is really sad to have such people in customer service. I called the store to let them know about the missing items and that too was a joke. You cannot get a live person on the phone and the machine keeps repeating the same prompts. Furthermore, they could not take Quesadilla orders in person. I was asked to go online and order the rest of my food online, even though I was standing right there and ordered two other items.

Only taking online orders for some reason and won’t allow you to add lettuce or guacamole if you order online. Makes no sense. The food looked nasty like it had been sitting all day and cooled and crusty. I left and will be trying a different location.

There must be some sort of a chip shortage in D.C. because I don’t think I’ve ever been to this location and not had them be sold out of chips. Ordered via the app and included chips and queso. Of course, they were out of chips and couldn’t refund me but could offer me a drink as a substitute. Thanks a lot.

Rice was so hard i couldn’t complete the bowl yesterday. I wanted to cry because I already wasn’t having a Good day and to get home to some hard rice made it even worse. Not to mention I waited 30 minutes outside for them to open because I needed them to make my day. They failed.
