Shady practices. Doesn’t pay new employees during their “training”, Logs hours incorrectly, incorrectly manages everything, all the while trying their best to sweep it under the rug. All of this for nasty soggy food.

Was not able to visit as they close @ 9:00pm an I arrived there 9:15pm . So if you need a late night munch, you will starve in Toledo as 99% of all restaurants & coffee shops close @ 9:00pm including key chains brands even in weekends ♂️.

Just tried them today, the food was incredible. They use fresh baked Italian bread, they got everything about our order perfect. We made the switch from subway because their refresh is just ugh. Loved this place and the employees, Jason and Brian definitely have experience in food service and will get your food right! Delicious and we’ll be back.

Sandwiches are good they NEVER GIVE ME THE PICKLE THEY ASK IF I WANT! But some of the ppl who work their are nasty attitudes the bigger boy who is a manager i guess is always calling a worker from the back to make orders but he is standing there not doing ANYTHING but on his phone n I can tell the workers he calls want to tell him to do it his self (as it seems like they are trying to work in the back but the manager boy is on his phone) this is the 3rd time I have cane in and this happens! Sad cause I know how it feels & i want to say something but im just a customer so I hush my mouth n hopefully for sake he will be gone or fired soon cause he is taking advantage of his position n we as customers can see this!
