everytime i order during lunch during the weekdays, my sandwich is made wrong. i understand making an small mistake, but when i open the wrapper to a mushy sandwich, with one single small onion when i asked for xtra. no lettuce when i asked for extra, no oregano when i asked for extra, and both of the other sandwiches very incorrect, i get really upset. when i called to get a refund, the manager, stockton, handed it very poorly. he told me that things get messed up sometimes. but not every single time i spend 20$ on food, should it be wrong. he told me several times he would offer a credit after i said i wasn’t ordering again and want a refund. $21 was just put into the trash. i DONT RECCOMEND.

For a chain that prides itself on freaky fast, this location has a long way to go before it can live up to that. When I walked in, I went right up to the order counter and waited as the cashier seemed to be counting the till. However, he continued on counting the till for another 2-3 minutes, not even acknowledging or welcoming me once while I waited. Once I had placed my order (just a wrap and a self-serve soda), it took them 8 minutes with 6+ staff to make my order. I’m used to my order being ready within a minute, maybe 2 of when I place it. No apologies for the delays and I watched as the same thing happened to other customers who had been behind me in line. Seemed like none of the staff cared about being three or providing the best customer experience possible. And the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned either with a full trash bin that had paper towels overflowing to the floor and an almost empty paper towel dispenser. This store doesn’t live up to the Jimmy John’s name and I’d recommend going to a different location if you can instead.

Ordered 4 boxed lunches and 1 sandwich for a work luncheon. Received 5 sandwiches in a bag. As the delivery driver turned to leave, I asked where the rest of my food was. He looked at the receipt and saw I ordered (and paid for) boxed lunches, and said sorry and he’d have to go back and get the rest. Said it’d take him 15-20 minutes. 35 minutes later he shows back up with a cardboard box with 4 cookies and 4 bags of chips in it. No boxed lunches, no pickles spears, just 4 more cookies and 4 bags of chips inside a large cardboard box. I learned my lesson and will never ever leave a tip online, in advance, again. This order earned $0 in a tip, yet I had already paid $12 in tip. Never again.

Pleasant staff, good sandwich. Would have given 5 stars, but saw this cat walking on a table with an employee holding it at times. Couldn’t help but wonder if table was sanitized and if employee washed their hands afterwards. Also had to wonder about the employees that prepared my sandwich. Maybe it’s just me, but I think it’s all kinds of wrong.

Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I have been sitting here watching five people visit with each other doing nothing, while one guy makes all the sandwiches. Took about 25 minutes. What prompted my review was them saying it took longer because they were under staffed even though they had five people doing absolutely nothing.

Stopped in 4 pm on a Sunday.. Sandwiches were decent. Store was dirty, all tables dirty, garbage cans overflowing, floors dirty while employees stand behind counter talking, laughing. Get a real manager

This is one of the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced. I am an awards member and frequently order delivery. for having the slogan “subs so fast you’ll freak” this one is not fast. Commonly I have to wait over an hour for it to even start being made. Then about 30 minutes to be delivered, I live 5 minutes away. Today I ordered at 12:53 and it wasn’t out for delivery till 1:56. It finally got to my door at 2:22 and the order was wrong! I order the same thing every time and they messed it up. If you’re looking for fast service, look elsewhere!
