Food was good but the service was bad. Rude people and the there were 3 tables with no one at them when we came in and old food all over them. We were the only people in the place for over an hour… and those same tables were still not cleaned by the time we left. Management needs to do a better job here.

We ordered for delivery a mushroom swiss burger with fries. My hamburger was dry, onions and mushrooms were overcooked not to say almost burnt, and the portion of the fries was smaller than a kid’s meal. I contacted the store to let them know about the condition of my order, and the manager informed me he had made the order himself. If Management sends food out in this condition, I can’t imagine the rest of the quality of their food for other items in their menu. You would think under the conditions we are living today, and the financial struggle restaurants are having to stay afloat, they would excel on quality and service. I will never order food from this restaurant again!!!!

Enjoyed my experience here. Great hamburgers with lots of different options and all the fresh produce you can think of. Onion rings are very good and a generous portion. Serve yourself drinks with lots of different options including regular and sweet tea, free refills included. Parking available on site and the staff was friendly but a little overwhelmed at lunch hour. Located next door to Lubys. A good experience and moderately priced for lunch. Included a coupon for my next visit.

Burgers are always good. Really like their onion rings. Crisp and flavorful. Was glad to see that they brought the steak sandwich back at least for a limited time as a special on the menu. I stuck with the burger but their steak sandwiches pretty darn good.

Always very good food. The restaurant is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My mother raves about the crispy chicken sandwich. She says it’s the best she’s ever had and she has nearly 75 years of chicken sandwich eating experience.

We have not gone out to eat because of COVID-19 and today, which is the long weekend for Labor Day, we decided to go to one of our favorite places -Fuddruckers at Cinco Ranch-. We bought 7 burger combos. all 2/3 lb, obviously we ordered it to go. When we got home, three of the burgers had no fries, four were burned, two were raw, and one was perfectly cooked. We feel sad, more than upset, since instead of having a good time, having food in this way ruined our day. I have no doubt that I will return but we decided to spend our money and it was like throwing it in the trash can.
