Waited ovee 30 minutes and still didn’t get our order. In addition charged us 43.00 for a couple of tacos and a burrito and guacamole. Poorly staffed and poorly run and it was warm innthe building.

Taco Casa is a standard franchise taco shop catering to Americanized taste buds (Tex Mex). It meets the expectations of a fast food shop serving decent ground beef crispy tacos. Two minor quips: 1) the meat is seasoned with a bit more salt than I would have liked 2) the taco shells were not completely as crispy as I would have liked (there was a bit of chewiness to them that are not typically associated with crispy taco shells).

Do not waste your money on the super nachos. This was the worst nachos ever put before me. No refund. I only ate about 4 bites and threw the rest on the trash. Also the first girl that waited on us got frustrated so the manager came over to finish our order and she was very rude.

Clean and pleasant but the food quality has gone down the toilet. I have eaten at a dozen locations off and on since 1985 and love Taco Casa, until my last visit to this location. Everything tasted bland and unappetizing. I would never go back to this location. Will hold judgment for all Taco Casas until I visit more locations in the near future but won’t go back here.

Just left. I have eaten Taco Casa for 7 years. This location absolutely disgusting. The meat was days old and burnt. Well what meat they did put in there. It was ice cold, not even close to being warm. If I were any part connected to the health department it would be closed down. My wife couldn’t even eat it and it was her first time. I talked her into it. She said; ” this is nasty” Thanks
