Very cozy place. Happened to drop by after seeing 4.8 star review on my navigator. The owner said it’s only 3 months since they opened. We ordered fried pork and Silany’s pasta. Very spicy, but we loved it. Very unique. Too bad they are still waiting on their liquor license. Will definitely return, perhaps with 6 pack of beer.

I tried to hold off on giving a review because they seemed to be short staffed on Monday 08/28/23, so I understood. I don’t eat chicken, so I tried to order the salmon, and herring Pate Kode, but they didn’t have any, so I ended up getting a shrimp pasta which was… okay, to say the least. My wife’s meal was only chicken, with rice, no other sides or anything and spent $40 all together. I’m not sure how anyone on these reviews are saying that the food came out quickly because we waited an hour and 20min for shrimp pasta and rice and chicken. The next day my wife waited 2 whole hours for the Patties. On 08/29, my wife decided to go again and get the pate kode, 2 with chicken, and two with herring. My wife waited a total of 2 hours for the food, AND THE ORDER WAS MADE WRONG. Each pate was mixed with chicken & Herring together. I called to see if I could have this problem resolved because I really wanted my herring, but the young lady on the other end was pretty rude. She asked “ well what do you want me to do?” She didn’t think she needed to resolve the issue because she was convinced that my wife asked for the Pattie’s to be made that way, I haven’t eaten chicken in years and she knows how to order my food. She specifically said she needs two with only chicken and two with only herring. They made it very clear that they didn’t care to rectify the situation because my wife already walked out with the food. $40 down the drain AGAIN because of a mistake YOU MADE! La Citadel bakery will always remain on top of my list and it’s not a far drive from this place, trust me you’ll get more for your money, excellent service, and even if you have to wait a while for your food it’ll be worth the wait.

Hidden gem! Moved to Georgia from Miami and miss the melting pot that Miami truly has. I’ve been craving Haitian cuisine for over a month. Everything is in the heart of ATL( over an hour drive) and options are few. I searched google high and low and spotted this option just 19 minutes away with nice reviews. Can I tell you I’m such a happy person! The food was great! Hubby did oxtails and I went with the basic yet flavorful Griot! Delicious! Clean, prompt service and I love that you can see the ladies cooking the food fresh from our spot. This is my new found love which I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We plan to return tomorrow (Sunday) to have the Jon Jon rice and the Haitian Mac and cheese (they ran out) Try this spot. They won’t disappoint!

Yesterday I came here and I got there right during closing time. The owner was just walking out as I pulled In. I asked if they were closed and she said yes I was so sad then she asked me what I wanted. I was so hungry and starving after getting off of work I couldn’t even think of what I wanted. The stoves were all turned off already but she went into the restaurant to make me a plate I told her anything Is fine. I believe what she gave me was called Legusa + rice/beans. When I tell you this was the best Haitian food I have ever tasted and I’m not saying this just because I was starving but i REHEATED this up the next day and it was STILL AMAZING!!!! I will be coming back tomorrow and probably the next day
