The food here is so delicious, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The employees are so nasty towards the customers it’s unbelievable. I come to this location frequently and it’s ALWAYS a problem with their attitudes. I understand we are all going through hard times right now, but don’t be disrespectful when you are handling peoples food and they are patronizing your business. If you want to eat here, choose another location. I will not be returning.

Thy only problem I have is one particular employee, I don’t know if she don’t like following instructions or if the language barrier makes it hard for her to understand but I tell you. This is like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle but there are at least quadruple the number of ingredients – full of flavor. The fresh made pita bread is amazing as well. You can get a bowl for around $12-$14. Very filling, healthy and delicious. I highly recommend. There is a Starbucks also right next door. Enjoy!

I come in here just about every day. I spent my money on a daily at this location. When I ask for a small bowl because I don’t eat the big bowl, they treat me disrespectfully and want to charge me for extra sauce, which they never did, but when their kind come in getting the same exact thing they pack their bowls and don’t charge anything. STAY WOKE AND WATCH!!!!!!!!

The Customer Service is horrible. My second time ordering there, I took my side order of falafel back. The manager rudely said ” we don’t do refunds or swap outs. We don’t like to throw away food so you need to know what you want, you ordered it so you should like it.” I told her it was only my second time there I never had such bland falafel and that I didn’t want a refund just a drink. Then she rudely said I’ll do it this time but the next time I’m not. On top of that was speaking in Spanish to her Co worker looking at me angrily. I won’t be returning

I appreciate the healthier food options, however, every time I order delivery (delivered by Doordash) from this location it’s a disappointment. They are stingy with the amount of protein (I typically get the chicken sharwma) and the presentation is lacking. It looks like someone ate part of my meal before it is delivered. Not sure who’s to blame…it’s a big turn-off and extremely disappointing. I’m now hesitant to order from this location…

Gotta love Mezeh but this location was hella fun the ladies were very nice and made our visit super cool they were extremely patient with my first timer friend and explaining some of the food options even with the line piling up and I really appreciated that and of course everything tasted amazing!
