Real deal seafood at this honey hole. Price to portion is on point and spot on flavors. We rolled with the Fire Cracker shrimp starter, excellent presentation and well flavored first pitch to start this dinner off. I went with the “Friday” Fish and Chips, fish was perfectly cooked with great breading and crunch. That other person who hangs out with me a lot “aka” my wife, went with the double catch, blackened mahi-mahi and shrimp the plating was on point with fantastic flavor and spot on cook, but the crazy little hush puppies made this dish a meal for two. If you are looking to catch a great seafood dinner and not grill your budget you should check this place out!

Place looked cute and was excited to try it based off the pictures online (specifically the sweet potato fries!). Unfortunately, the food was not good. Our bill was $75 for 2 adults. The grilled grouper and shrimp were tasteless and the broccoli was not edible. The sweet potato fries were there thin cold things, unlike the big crinkle ones in the photos.

So happy this place is here and close by. We eat here at least once a week. We always get the Shrimp Po Boy Roll and Salmon Sandwich. It’s the real deal seafood spot large portions with very reasonable prices. The staff is pretty awesome as well!

This is an amazing fish restaurant! My whole family loved the giant snow crab basket! And the fish tacos were great too! Hush puppies and Mac and cheese were delicious as well! They have excellent outdoor seating and great service. Ihighly recommend it!!

They only gave me half of my order. I purchased four soups and only two arrived. In addition, the clam chowder was spoiled. It had a pungent spell coming from it and it tasted rotten. I am extremely disappointed. I called and spoke to Greg at the restaurant who acknowledged that they’d gotten my order wrong and they’d also added “too much milk” to the chowder. What a waste! $49 and an hour of waiting gone down the drain. I’d never eat here again.

We ordered seafood platters from First Catch last night and everything was well prepared and very tasty. We had grilled snapper platters and blackened Mahi. Cole slaw was good, sweet potato fries were excellent – seemed to have a hint of cinnamon, and the hush puppies were also good. Will definitely be back as it is so close to us.

Giving this place 4 stars because I ordered through Uber eats and the food was not hot. It tasted rather good though. I plan to order the fish and chips again when I can pick it up. The hush puppies were good and so was everything else. I will try again.

Came here with my wife and 2 boys for lunch. If you’re looking for fried seafood, this place is great. We ordered the kids shrimp meal and kids mahi fingers meal for the boys and they enjoyed it. I had the Fried Snapper and jumbo shrimp (pretty good) while my wife had the Shrimp Po-boy (delicious). For sides, we had the hush puppies and the sweet potato fries, both of which the kids loved! Dessert included the key lime pie (very good) and the fried Oreos (a sauce away from being really good). Indoor seating is limited but they have some nice covered seating areas outside. Unfortunately, they don’t have any fans or misters outside so we were all sweating and pretty uncomfortable due to the typical SFL humidity.

About 3:30 p.m on March 21, 2023! Highly disappointed! First time eating at first catch! Ordered Half Dungeons Crab Boil for $38 which included egg,corn,shrimp,clams, and and Dungeons Crab legs! I did not get my egg in the boil and found a strand of hair on the potatoe! I’m completely disgusted and lost my appetite. I will not eat here again!
