First time eating at this location and was not dissapointed. Staff was friendly, food was out within 5 min, and my favorite part was that they have the sauces in large bottles so you can have however much to your liking. The spicy chicken love salad was bomb so much so I ordered a to go order so I could have it the next day.

It’s okay, it WAS better. Now they don’t put the teriyaki sauce on your chicken, so now you have to pay extra for it even though it’s in the pictures they have on the wall. The portion size is good but the chicken is very fatty and has ligaments still attached, so if your looking for that chewy texture it’s good but if not like me, than the quality is pretty bad.

Did not live up to expectations. We came because my partner said they use to eat there many years back & was delicious. Unfortunately, no one left loving their order. The most decent item was the sweet sour chicken order which doesn’t really taste like the regular ssc. The chicken was dry, the shrimp in the soba was overcooked, tough, and flavorless.

The food was very good and the cashier was polite. My only complaint is that food prices in store don’t match the menu prices online. It’s very misleading because the food prices are higher than what is being advertised online.

It used to be good service here, not so much anymore, they mess up or. Mistake happens and they do not offer to correct it, or even talk to you. They have staff who clearly don’t wanna help you, this is one of my favorite restaurants. But this one sadly is getting worse and worse service.

Has always had good food, except lately the weak, bitter peanut sauce that they have no business calling peanut sauce. It feels like they are making it as cheap as possible to save money. That isn’t how you get repeat customers. I’ve made it better myself at home.

Second time we have ordered here, food is ok but there is always something missing. No one to answer the phone either, unless we want to drive across town to get the correct food we just lose out on money. Will never ever order again. What a waste

This is my favorite place to get Teriyaki in Salem. They have a couple different locations but the one by Target is my norm. They have food at a variety of prices, and everything I have ever tried here has been really good. The food scrolling on the screen when you go up to order is actually what the food looks like. The food the serve is the same quality that they advertise. It’s great.

So sad to see this place change owners. Food quality has dropped and customer service is terrible. I placed an order online through their website today, showed up 27 minutes later. The new owner was working the counter herself, I stood at the pick up window for several minutes before she even acknowledged me. When I told her my name, she said not ready. I noticed what looked like my order sitting on the counter in the area where the kitchen pushes out the food. I said OK and started waiting. Several other orders came out of the kitchen, which she probably called out the names and numbers for people, but the order that look like mine state sitting there. I tried to ask her about it, but she would not even acknowledge me and kept helping other people. Around 10 minutes later, she finally bagged up what I thought was mine and called out my name. I told her thank you but you realize that my order has been sitting there the entire time that I’ve been standing here waiting, and she just turned around and walked off..
