Overall a good experience. The staff were friendly. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. My only concern were more about cleanliness. The tables were not wiped, there were many dirty tables available. While waited for my food I watched a staff return from being outside and go straight to work on the food line. There was no hand washing? The food was what I expected from Taco Bell and was good.

This is the worst LJS in Az. The food is never fresh. The frys are greasy and soggy the oil always seems dirty every time I go there. The fish has been sitting and is soggy and greasy. The poor hush puppies are bricks they are no fluffy balls of goodness and super greasy. The food still takes forever to be served. The staff is rude looking right through you as you stand at the counter for condiments because I am guessing they get a lot of complaints. And when you complain they are mad about you asking for what you paid for or to get the order you actually wanted. Quit asking if we are done if you’ll probably know when we are done since everyone says….. “And that’s it” and gives you eye contact waiting for you to finish the transaction.

Stopped here on way back from a Convention by Military Order of the Cootie, honorary degree of the VFW in Tempe as Tucson has no Long John Silver’s. All of the expected LJS food fare was present. The workers all were friendly, easy to give smile and asked about our different attire aimed at our VA hospital support work. The stop and repast was better than expected for the three of us. If I had a ding on them it would be for more seating as on this Saturday of 100°F they seemed busy even in the late lunch window. For the freshness in the orders, the fish with shrimp in our three orders came out in short order (~12 min) called from counter hot and ready. Condiments were offered and added to desire. When next we pass by on return trip home from PHX Valley this will be high on our consideration to make a stop. Good job Taco Bell/Long John Silver’s!

Yay!!! LJS is always a stop when we are close to Casa Grande. Tucson doesn’t have any place comparable. Food was on point!!! Staff was welcoming. The dining room was to 3/4 capacity, but it wasn’t loud. Pleasurable all around.

The customer service was very good. Very kind service at the drive through. Unfortunately the Long John Silver order was garbage. Everything was over cooked. I was longing for the hush puppies I once knew and was saddened to bite into a dried grease ball. Everything tasted as if it had been sitting in a warmer for hours then refried in old grease. Corporate needs to make sure that the district managers are keeping their stores up to par. I know it’s fast food but that’s no excuse to serve over salted, overcooked, over saturated greasy food.
