My wife and I dined at Frank & Betsy’s last evening. Michael greeted us warmly and couldn’t have been more hospitable and welcoming and took exceptionally good care of us to the last details. Our service and the staff were outstanding. Atmosphere and ambiance was like being in a cafe in the Marais neighborhood of Paris.

Excellent food and service. Large menu for a French/International restaurant. They also have a high end carry out service and wine list. Desserts are right in front of you in a refrigerated case. Dinners generally include a soup or salad and come with a starch or vegetable. Unpretentious and gracious.

Perfect place to stop in for lunch or dinner after a visit to the nearby Chicago Botanic Garden. French Bistro-style food, with wonderful baked goods. $35 lunch special for 2 is a good deal.

Unbelievable French menu in a small restaurant with superb service at reasonable prices! They have their own incredible bakery so enjoy the pastries and don’t worry about the calories! Manager Michael is efficient and pleasant, and recommend reservations at this small intimate venue.

The indoor dining atmosphere has charm and a quaint French cafe vibe with nice mood lighting. The food however underperformed. Typically French food is played with flavors but the dishes we ordered were fairly one dimensional. The atmosphere was a 4 and the food was a solid 3.
