This is by far some of the best fish I’ve had in a long time. We drove from Garland to West Dallas. On this day the owner was there. What a treat! His customer service skills don’t even have a rating. By far he was the nicest restaurant owner I’ve ever encountered. I could tell he was authentic because he was nice to everyone. Please don’t sleep on this place. Our fish was good and hot, the Kool aid was diabetes in a bag just like I like it! I don’t have anything to say other than, I don’t care how you get here, get here if you can. Remember that song? Oh yeah, it’s Cash only. That’s ok, I’m not mad about that.

Just wanted to stop by and shout out this business for pushing that heat!!! I got the three piece fish plate and a few extra peppers and it was everything I needed today!! Fish was cooked and seasoned to perfection and this homemade tartar sauce is delicious!! So much food that I had to eat some later. The service was immaculate and I appreciate the kindness! Will definitely be back on another day for some more! One bite took me back to the fish fry back in the day at Grandma’s house! Show some love to this business. Cash only, but I definitely wouldn’t mind dropping a few bills on this!

The customer service and kool-aid are 5 stars. I’ve had the steaks and “catfish” (swai) with fries. The steaks are small but the flavor on the fish is very tasteful. I ordered steaks after the 1st visit b/c I realized my catfish was a “catfish” (get it? ). They make their own tarter sauce, also. It’s worth a try if you’re in the area.

I love whiskers! They usually have the best catfish around. The meal is always hot and seasoned perfectly. Customer service is great during the weekdays but on weekends beware of the rush because of a flux in customers. Today I was excited to eat at my favorite fish place but when I got home I immediately noticed a difference in my fish from when I previously went. Todays fish was subpar and didn’t taste at all like catfish. When i broke the fish apart, I noticed that it also looked different. I don’t know if the were short on catfish and used another type of fish but you can tell the difference.
