The food was piping hot and tasted good. My order was out in well under a minute. The cashier and counter person were friendly and polite. While the dining room was clean enough, it wasn’t immaculate. The place could use some upkeep. There we’re lots of seemingly broken items, including registers. They were operating off of one register for the whole place, including the drive-thru. The restrooms could stand a thorough cleaning. This location is a combination A&W and Long John Silver’s that’s connected to an independent convenience store.

We should of looked at the reviews because they are all right. This place is horrible!! Waited in line for our order to be taken and watched everyone in front of us get their food and when everyone else left, she came on the intercom and told us to wait a minute. We told her we have already been waiting 10 minutes and just left. Thank goodness we could get out and wasn’t trapped. Learn to multitask and do your job. Don’t give me some “I’m sorry for your bad experience” BS because it won’t do anything to fix the problem. Just close up already or actually hire people that can do the job

20 minutes waiting and still no response from the drive through speaker, I would leave but I’m trapped between 2 cars. I should have heeded the warnings of the other reviews now I must wait in this drive through hell for the unforseeable future.

I waited on my food for 30 minutes. Got to the window and was told they were out of chicken and hotdogs, I’d have to switch to something else. I waited on my order substitute, and when I FINALLY got my order, I was missing an onion ring and french fry. Got that fixed, then had to wait on my drinks. Drinks came out and I was missing a large Rootbeer and my large Pepsi was a medium. Went in to get it fixed and got met with a “idc” attitude. Asked for a refund and was told I could get one for my drinks, so I did. STILL HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR FAST FOOD. I DIDNT GET MY DRINK, I ENEDED UP WITH A BURGER SINCE ITS ALL THEY REALLY HAD AND I GUESS ILL JUST DRINK MY MEDIUM PEPSI INSTEAD BECAUSE SCREW WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS.

Root Beer at fountain was empty. Food is too greasy. We all ordered L2, 2 fish 3 chicken. Everyone got diarrhea. My husband got heartburn so bad that he was up all night in pain. Only thing that went right was the timely manner in which we got our food, even then it was because we were the only ones there. Not going back.

We waited in the drive through for about 15 minutes before someone finally came over the speaker Adkin what we wanted. We started ordering and about half way through the guy says oh you know what our fryers and grill are broke sorry we’re closed. Umm okay.

They don’t believe in giving your change back in drive thru! Give them a dollar for a 2.55 for a large drink actual cost 2.53, they keep the pennies….besides that the rudeness & rush to get out of the drive thru get 5 stars …their on top of that!°

Nice people working today, good food I got the bacon double cheeseburger & my wife got the corndog nuggets, both where good, I like that it doubles as a long John silver’s because if we are in the mood for fish we can get that here or just a good ol’ burger, also love the fast service.

Long John Silver’s and A&W joint restaurant chain here. I love both of these chains but this one is SO EXPENSIVE. The prices have gone up dramatically over the years. Disappointing. Kind of better to just go next door to Taco Bell, McDonald’s or Braums for your pocketbook.
