Chicken so good, crispy outside juicy inside & full flavor. 2nd best hush puppies I’ve ever had (won’t say where the best are but it’s on the Tennessee River in Tennessee just north of Corinth, Mississippi and all you can eat catfish, frog legs, hush puppies and cole slaw.)

This little roadside stand is great! The fish is really good, but his shrimp is sublime! Fresh, hot and the seasoning is just perfect. Mr Pinson serves it up right and bright, a highlight of our trip.

I will have to say I was very pleasantly surprised how good the fish and shrimp are. We have purchased fish and shrimp here several times. It is always cooked fresh. We now phone in our order when we leave our house and about the time it takes to drive to the store to pick it up, it is just ready. I believe the extra seasoning he puts on is a mixture of salt and a little sugar. I have not tried the chicken yet. Very good flavor and reasonably priced. A good find!
