Chicken Sandwich was very good. Restaurant was clean but the cashier interaction was difficult. This was my first time eating at this location. I ordered the eight-piece nugget with red beans and rice. The Nuggets were very tasty and I love them, however, the red beans and rice was missing the red beans and they had only poured a little bit of the Red Bean Juice into you the cup. I also ordered the pink lemonade which is always delicious. The cashier was very pleasant. I would eat from this location again.

Raw chicken, forced to buy a large drink because they didn’t have medium or small cups then I received already appeared eaten Mac and cheese. Plus the longest wait to receive such food. I’m mortified of the service and when I attempted to speak to the manager he attempted to push the blame on other management. I’m greatly concerned someone will get food poison at this location if things are not fixed correctly. Furthermore, this franchise has always lacked quality food. And yes the health department was notified of this matter.

Very unsanitary do NOT eat here. Batter container is never changed out so it has mold growing in it. Roach infestation along with mice. I can only imagine what your house looks like.

Easily the worst Popeyes around, always a ridiculous wait no matter how many people are in the drive thru, never get greeted at the order window it’s always “I’ll be with you in a minute”, every worker is rude and the food is almost always stale. I came a couple weeks ago, the lights were on, multiple workers there and I was told they were closed at 7:30 PM on a Saturday. The pic is of a chicken sandwich combo I got today and this is the amount of fries I received. This place absolutely sucks and should definitely be closed down as they’re bringing down the name of the chain

Biscuit was hard to the point where I could knock it on my table, chicken nuggets looked like they were fried twice, my side was missing. Would give you a zero but unfortunately I have to give you a star rating for it to post. Will never come back.

Every time I come here there’s a sign in the window stating the dining room is open but the doors are always locked. Normally I just drive away and go to the Milford location but this time I went to the drive-thru for I didn’t need much. Although telling me so very politely, the employee says they currently only have 4 items available on the menu. What is up with that? Not to mention when I got to the door beforehand, there were 2 employees just sitting at a table on their phones. I’ve been to many different Popeye’s and this is the most poorly run by far! In reading the other reviews I’m apparently not the only who feels the same. This location needs a complete overhaul with a new manager and employees or simply just close your doors!
