This Pap John’s has blown away all of our expectations over the last w years. We used to be die hard Pizza Hut fans but over the course of many transgressions, decided to give Papa John’s another try. Boy, are we glad that we did. This location always goes above and beyond to give us the best experience and food possible. We have the unusual request of slicing our pizza into squares. Not only does the manager there, Kaitlyn, make sure that the pizza is correctly cut every time, but that it is perfection in looks and taste as well. Extra saucy with perfect appeal. She and her crew make sure the whole experience is a pleasure. The minute my husband and I walk in the door, she has greeted us and the crew is working hard. We appreciate you all. Thank you for the amazing experience. We shall continue to be your customers who greatly appreciate you guys. So long, Pizza Hut. Your loss.

We just telephone ordered Papa John’s in Tacoma on our way back from Auburn. Called back to let them know we would be late, so they timed our order with our arrival time. Impressive!! Also, this is the FIRST TIME both my husband and I ATE THE ENTIRE SLICE (including crusts)!! Normally we eat fast food pizza slices and just don’t finish the crusts! We’re definitely going to be getting our pizzas from Papa John’s from now on….so delicious, not greasy….just wow!! (Notice in photo, box isn’t covered in grease).

Called after placing my order to ask that no peppers be in the box as my son is VERY allergic. They guy on the phone said, “ya ya”. I went in to pay and the female (shift supervisor?) went to the guy cutting pizzas and asked if he put peppers in the box. They removed the tape, took the peppers out, retaped the box, then she went to hand it to me. I told her they need to remake it since there were peppers and she said, “there are no peppers”. I told her I saw them removed and if a piece has any peppers on it, my son will need to be rushed to the hospital. She rolled her eyes and said it would take 20 minutes. I said ok. Luckily, I decided to wait in the store because I came back in and they quit taking with the pizza box in their hands & she had a driver make the pizza. At least the guy cutting apologized. However, we opened the box and the pizza was cut strangely. Some huge pieces and some tiny ones. We took a picture! Not the best day for Papa John’s!
