Has gone down hill I use to work at jimmy johns in Missouri and Louisiana and well the standards have fell since I left. It’s not freaky fast anymore I mean the employees can’t even remember a single sandwich and they’re cleanliness standards have gone down hill. Disappointed.

They have consistent quality sandwiches and are always freaky fast 🙂 I would like it more if they would deliver further down Youree drive, but my food is always done before I get to the store so I can’t really complain. This location has messed up twice though on “no mayo” request, so that’s disappointing. Pricing is fair although I wish Jimmy Johns would do more promotions/specials. Still, not bad.

What is there to really say about Jimmy John’s? It’s a chain restaurant so it’s fast food, but way better quality ingredients than Subway or so. The staff at this location are always super friendly, and they even stay open just a little bit past ten, even if they close at ten, to help make sure people getting off work have an option to grab a sandwich while most everything else in Shreveport is closed come ten pm. My sandwich of choice is always the #5, and the cookies they sell, even if they don’t make them in house, are freaking amazing. The perfect amount of soft and chewy. Triple chocolate chip all the way, no hesitation! Downsides are a bit obvious, but nothing deal breaking. Limited options compared to places like Subway as far as toppings go. They got the basics, onion, tomato, pickles, etc. Aside from that they’re obviously just a bit more expensive than Subway as well, but I personally think the price is well worth the increase of quality!
