This location has gone downhill rather quickly within the last 2 months. I don’t know if it’s a new manager but I was just charged for 2 sandwiches Because I asked for extra meat. And you have to watch him very quick. Or they’ll mess up your sandwich. This is very disappointing because we were excited as a community to have this restaurant. At least the sandwich is still decent. Only reason I still gave it 2 stars.

Not sure how this location is still open. This is the most unwelcoming, unenthusiastic establishment I’ve ever been in smh. Glad I had a gift card and didn’t spend my own money. Ordered a giant super sub that appeared to only have ham on it. Asked for pickles, and on 15 inches of bread there were maybe 6 pickles. Please don’t go here until you know they have an all new staff.

I usually order online, food is never ready when I get there. One time I told the cashier my name, sat and waited meanwhile they are putting orders our for pickup, 10 minuets later I go check and my food is sitting there..why ask my name if your not gonna tell me my food is ready?? And almost EVERYTIME my subs are missing Peppers, or has something on it its not supposed to. When they first opened it was great, now they skimp on meat and there’s always a wait.
