The food preparers just don’t care about the food and how you want it everyday I order the same thing a bagel toasted DARK and this is what I constantly get, the worst part is I tip $3 every day I guess that’s not enough for a $7 purchase. Absolutely HORRIBLE! The things I order are NEVER fully cooked and when asked to make things “well done” seeing that I’m pregnant and can’t eat certain food that isn’t fully cooked they give it to me the same exact way no matter how many times you emphasize it!

Cheating on My WiFi
Charged me for someone else’s order last week for 12 bucks and change and mine was 10 and change not a big deal but never tried to reimburse or apologize and this morning got a iced coffee with no cream mind you I asked for extra cream and had to repeat myself.and just had sugar and mocha in it and the drive thru lady didn’t even try to fix it( I don’t believe English is her first language so I wasn’t going to be rude to her she just does drive thru and swipes cards and hands out food and drinks). Never again. Seriously dissatisfied with what they are doing and I thought they were the better of the two. Terrible service fast but sloppy and makes to mistakes to forgive. Would give zero stars
