ABSOLUTELY 0/10 every single time. i will NOT be back. every last time i’ve tried to go they’re close whether it’s 6-8pm or even 3pm they’re NEVER open. EVER. i finally get to go tonight and my food is half open slopped in the bag, my medium fry had 5 fries in if SMALL TINY ONES that’s beyond unacceptable. y’all need to close down immediately. horrible service. on top of that they will not ever answer the phone & they disconnect it after you call three times. this place needs a reality check

They have signs up that are outdated , wanted a 2 for 7 and told they are not doing that deal , but the sign is displayed in the drive – thru, well then I still got mozzarella sticks and was told there out of marinara sauce. Why was I not told they were out ? And my curly fries were cold as well. Its like you have to fight to get what you want . If I can avoid the Godfrey I’ll, Arby’s I will.

Hands down absolute worst experience I’ve had at a fast food place.. Ordered online and went to pickup. Lobby was closed due to “short staff”. Had to pull around drive thru and wait almost 20 minutes only to be told that my order was not there. Stated first and last name and had order number. Did not seem to even want to look it up. Stated must be on my end even tho I had order confirmation number. Had to pull around and figure out if there was anything that was messed up. Tried calling the store only for their phones to also be turned off. Went back around drive thru (another 20 minutes) and magically its oh you said “so and so” yea we have that pull around. So finally receive food for them to forget my drinks and then ask me for a receipt for what’s on my order. Waited almost an hour altogether for fast food. On top of all that.. get home and start eating the food is cold and incorrect. No cheese on a roast beef and cheese. Seriously?? WILL NOT be coming back here until I see obvious changes.

Didnt know the 2 for 7 roast beef americanas came one with meat and one without..what a jip…we waited in line for at least 20 minutes tonite 6/30/23 to get home and find out one of my americanas was just veggies and cheese…i was starving to death sat through a 2 hour softball game hungry after work to show up there and get jipped…we ordered 4 regular roast beefs one buffalo chicken wrap and 2 americanas…also asked for EXTRA horsey sauce…we got 4 packets for 7 sandwiches…and no receipt…not funny at all ..edit:..thanks but no thanks for sending me a link to a complaint form that spins you in circles …fill it all the way out and pretty much repeat what this original review says then it wont accept it until you go to complaint categories of which you have to pick one and because its on a separate page and wont take you back to the complaint page you have to push the back button…at which time your information completely disappears…i think it was designed like that purposely to deter complaints

Got to the restaurant at 4:40 to be told they were closed….says they close at 5. They made a whole bunch of us sit through the line of people who they did take orders from just 2 minutes before for nothing lol. Great management you can tell.
