Ate a HAIR in my fried chicken salad before pulling the LONG STRAND out. Called the store to speak with a manager who was unavailable. I informed the server on the phone about the hair and wanted a refund. Her response was, “Is that all?? Bring it back.” I had to drive back there and was greeted ” Lady with salad?” She proceeds to refund me with NO apology whatsoever or even a thank you before leaving! She just starts ringing up the next guest. I asked for the manager’s name. She rudely responded, “Kurt.” I’m posting his name because he needs to know about his unprofessional staff! I will NOT be back and recommend that you observe your food before eating!!

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes with being rude or being confrontational, maybe something happen to them before we met, they are having a pretty ruff day and so I try to say something pleasant to make their day better. Right from the jump the lady behind the counter who I thought was serving was sitting down at the cash register taking orders, no good morning or how can I help you. Very rude from the start, I politely asked if she was available and she said I’m taking an order over the phone the the guy next to me can help, sarcastically she says we do the same thing, So I said ok, thanks and went over to him, he doesn’t speak English well I assume and as I’m asking what flavor they have for the wings I wanted and how I wanted them she rudely jumps in and says your confusing us, so let’s start over! To my surprise I didn’t realize she was involved in the process at all. I had to tell him on multiple times how I wanted my order and that’s fine because I can see he doesn’t speak English well or maybe understand it and he spoke very low. The food is decent but when you have people running your store that are not hospitable, and have poor people skills you might want to place them in an area that best suits their personality and skills. Not sure if I will come back here in the future.

I went in here for the first time and got looked over for about 20 minutes… then finally got to order… I was charged 20 dollars for a burger meal with wings and a drink… didn’t get the drink the ice machine was out. Didn’t offer to fill the cup up behind the counter. Very rude employees. . And still had to wait 25 minutes to get the burger that I ordered…. they have to get their friends food first I do need to mention I was there and ordered before they came in…. was not a good experience.. don’t think I’ll go back. I wanted a refund but they just ignored me.

Always an amusing environment with prompt service. Wasn’t sure what I wanted Friday night. Heading home and stopped by the S. Tryon location. I laughed with the counter staff and enjoyed the best fresh made Peach Punch. In and out, to the house and enjoying my wings. Told them in the way out, that I’d be back for lunch on Monday……. guess where I’m headed.

I’m not even lying about this. I walked in. They were sitting down at the register Crocheting something. I ordered. They then proceeded to sit there for 10 minutes to finish their conversation and THEN finally got up to start making my sandwich. And here I am on lunch break losing time. Like, I don’t even know what to say. Probably the worst experience I think I’ve had at a take out place. I genuinely DO NOT recommend this particular location.

I called the location of the store at 8 o’clock. I try to place an order before arriving to the store. The girl over the phone said “I called the location of the store at 8 o’clock. I try to place a order before arriving to the store. The girl over the phone said “you have to come in to place the order you “ . When I arrived, the man said, I hope you placed an order over the phone. This was at 8:15 this location close at nine if they would have allowed me to place an order over the phone when I originally called we wouldn’t have this issue. It is very inconvenient to have driven to the location and not be able to place my order . The cashier was closing her drawer and I feel that is why they were not taking any more orders. If she originally told me, she was not taking any more orders over the phone. I would have not shown up, thinking that I can walk in and place the order. This is unacceptable and I will not be back.

They said they close at 9pm but you can’t order after 8 and the kitchen closes by 8:20 lol they said I need to speak to Kirk whose on leave after having a baby . But the store itself closes at 9pm (they offered me a drink) but you can’t get any food after 8pm . They shut the kitchen down all week at least a hour early ! If you don’t place a order by 7 … you can’t eat at 8 a whole joke ! But they wait in the store until 9pm with the lights off
