If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered cinnamon twists last night. Took a bite and there was a FALSE LASH in my bread. Threw up immediately after. Called the next day because it was late. All the manager could say was “We can send you another order of cinnamon twists.” I told her I didn’t want a new order, I was pretty disgusted I just wanted to tell her. She also said “I was the only girl working and I don’t wear eyelashes.” It felt like she was implying that I was making it up. Hated the lack of compassion. Will never order from there again.

This is my Favorite Pizza Hut. The place is so clean. No rude service. This place deserves a lot of business. The only thing I kinda don’t like is how when you ask for extra tomato sauce for a pizza melt it’s like a dollar more I think lol but I understand people need to make money. Still can’t complain.

The pizza’s which we ordered arrived burnt and the other look and tasted as if it was made last week. $55 worth of food which was un edible. Called to complain and the phone rang for 20 minutes and never was answered. We drove to the Pizza Hut carry out facility and there were five employees and no other customers. Not sure why one of five employees could not have picked-up the phone for 20 minutes.

ordered at 4:50. when I ordered I was told 25-35 minutes, took 1 hour and ten minutes. food wasn’t warm. I got a text at 5:31 saying my food would be delivered at 6:11 and then another text at 5:37 saying my food would be delivered at 5:33 (4 minutes in the past lol). food arrived at 6 on the dot, an hour and ten minutes later. mediocre even for pizza hut and not warm.

My family will never eat at this Pizza Hut again due to my experience. I will as well be an advocate for others i know never to eat here either. Our pizzas we received didn’t even spend 5 minutes in the oven hefore arriving. It was so gross that you could not even hold the pizza without the slimy cheese slide down and the crust goop up in a ball. Those entire meal went in the trash. This is not what a mom of a hungry family wants as the dominoes that fall after are so difficult to endure.The topper was Pizza Hut”s customer service. They had such a lack of help. I kept being transferred to the store with no answer over and over. So frustrating! NEVER AGAIN!

Great pizza, but why the cashier is in the back preparing the food after touching everything and not wearing gloves, even the delivery driver was in kitchen preparing food. That is definitely not acceptable…. I thought since this place looks new, they would follow health code regulations, I guess not!!! That’s why I stopped going and ordering from pizza hut, where is the health department??? When they need to be inspecting this food establishment everywhere. Very concerning
