Great place. Came here with kids on new years eve day. They were closing early. They waited for us to finish up and were not rushed. I’m sure they were eager to get the new year started. I have such a big family and they are a bit slow moving, but greatly appreciated their patience. Food was good and so was staff. Coffee and all.

I ordered a large entree salad to go and received a small sized one. It’s not too much of a cost difference but definitely an inconvenience when heading home hungry from work expecting a full sized salad. Very disappointing plus the inside of the facility smelled like an dirty carpet. I prefer other locations to this one, this one is slacking.

I’ve been a customer location location for over 10 years and this is the first time right feel like I got unnecessary attitude for no good reason from the girl with red hair. I don’t have an issue with any of the other workers at this location or the cooks. Like many of the other reviews, an item came out dry/stale. The pesto was okay but the garlic bread looked and tasted like it was two days old/mashed together. Looks like someone sat on the bread for a few hours and decided to serve it. Yummy.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED!!! I found a pincher bug in my salad. I requested to speak to the manager to receive a refund and have been on hold for over 15mins…called again and asked for the manager and they put me on hold again. Horrible customer service!! At least have the common decency to address your customers concerns, especially a returning customer. I will no longer be going to this location. I am so disappointed.

There are a bunch of low class workers at this location with the incompetent manager who doesn’t seem to know how to handle customer service. The reason why stop going here in the first place is because the food is not consistent. I decided to give this place another try and guess what the garlic bread comes out stale and cold again so I called back and told them. They of course asked me to come back to exchange it out and soon as I walk in all of the cooks and workers aren’t talking and laughing at the fact that I complain about my stale bread. The guy in the front with the beard has attitude like he doesn’t want to take my order. The young girl in the back gave me the strangest most awkward look. Continuing to make me feel uncomfortable by laughing with her coworkers about the fact that my food wasn’t done correctly. It’s funny when people think they are all cool working behind the kitchen. It’s not all of the workers but several of them are all awful in their own ways.
