These are hands down the BEST pupusas in Omaha! The chicharron is not ground down like other places, you get actual chunks of it! Their salsa is spicy but delicious! I also tried their chicken fried empanadas and those were amazing as well! Keep in mind they’re making these fresh so it does take a bit of waiting time but they’re sooo worth it! If you’re starving or in a time crunch, call ahead so they can get them started for you!

Owner is a quick change scammer. My bill was 16$, I gave him a 20$, then handed him a 10$ bill and asked for a 5$ bill and five 1$ bills because I was going to give him two more 1$ bills to make a 6$ tip. He handed me six 1$ bills saying it was 10$. The scam part is him trying to distract you. While doing this he picked up the 20$ bill I had already set down. After I finally got my $5 and five 1$ bills he said I still owed him 16$ for the bill.

Oh man this lil gem in South omaha. Food was on point. They could charge alot more for the food cause it’s that good. I’m going to make it a weekly eating spot now. Definitely try this place and get the combo plate.

Absolutely wonderful people who make amazingly flavorful food! They work so hard to make you feel at home and are so attentive. Be patient, as it’s just two of them. Promise the wait will be worth it! The vegetable pupusas are my new fav . Must try!

A woman and her husband run this joint like a mom&pop shop and they’re the nicest! she cooks everything from scratch so everything is fresh- I have not tasted such well made pupusas anywhere around omaha like these, authentic fresh recipes all around! You can’t find this anywhere else in Omaha! Bring cash!!

There is only one cook so service is awfully slow. There is only one guy taking your order and well he doesn’t do it efficiently either. They then come and give your order but everything is messed up. So don’t expect to get the right order. Honestly I wouldn’t leave such a review if the food was good. The food is just decent and not worth the wait.
