This place is charging extra without telling people. I ordered medium fries and as per their menu its $5.99 but when I saw my receipt it i was charged $6.99 which is their price for large fries. When I confronted the cashier she was trying to cover up by telling me its taxes and all like I don’t understand how it works. Its not about the $1 extra here but assuming they are getting 100 customers per day ordering just one dish, charging $1 extra is $36,000 extra earning (it would be definitely more than that) by fooling people and upselling them. This shop is fraud.

Maybe it was an off day for the woman working there, but unfortunately, the food we ordered fell short of our expectations. The fries were dry and lacked flavor. The wings were pretty juicy but were ruined by an unpleasant crunchy texture on the outside. Surprisingly, even the ranch dressing tasted off, not sure how they managed to miss the mark on such a standard condiment.

I came today evening on your food court. I ordered 5 wings combo and one fries. The prices was good but the girl standing on counter she behave very badly with me. Also without knowing me she charge me $2 for Tip also. The food was good I loved it. But I’m not happy with the service. Please improve the service.Thank you.

Absolutely incredible service, I’m not kidding when I say the wings and fries were absolutely the best I have ever had and some of the best food in general I have ever had. Staff is super nice friendly, and helpful. If your at Woodbridge mall your absolutely missing out if you don’t eat here but honestly it’s worth coming to the mall just to eat here.

I stopped here with a friend and the woman working the stand was so polite. She gave us samples and answered our questions. My friend ordered the plain curly fries and it was good. I ordered a bbq waffle fry. It was a tad salty. But overall great service and the price was okay for the quantity given. Keep in mind I’m a French fry connoisseur lol. Would order from here again.

Potato Palooza has the best chicken fingers and wings I have ever eaten in my life. It was so crispy and fresh. Every person around me was raving about how good the food was here in Woodbridge and the Mall workers said they all come every day. Max was absolutely great and so nice. His food is 10/10 and the service was amazing. This was the best food experience I have had in this mall.
