I walked in to buy water they said they are not open, there’s like 10 people in there and one person setting up and everyone else sitting down. They were looking at me like I wanted to rob the place cuz i wanted water. All in all great experience, never going to any Starbucks again. Here’s a tip for you: don’t leave the door open when you’re closed. Just saved you $1000s of potential dollar.

Someone dropped a cup on accident and the manger (named Nini) came over and yelled very inappropriately while I was standing in line. I had no issue paying for cup but the attitude was very disrespectful and disappointing. Not what Starbucks employees stand for or should condone.

I get it that it costs more because it’s on the broad walk but at least put the right amount in it and don’t be cheap on the ingredients and charging for tap water for paying customers is a no no at Starbucks

Great customer service, relativelyong lines but they manage to serve pretty fast. Many tables and chairs so you don’t have to fight to find a seat. Also many eateries next to it to choose from.

2 Starbucks are located in the Tropicana. Neither is opened into the evening. The Quarter location had no pastry selection around noon time. A few of the employees were very inattentive. I understand why they wish to unionize.

Worst experience ever!! Hispanic pregnant women, was VERY RUDE when we asked her where was the sugar. Completely disregarded us as if we were beneath her. She continued being rude when I asked for her manager!! She responded, I am the manager at this moment. I asked her name and she wouldn’t tell us. I’ve never experienced this behavior at Starbucks as a frequent customer and its unacceptable. Just to be clear, it’s the Starbucks in the Quarter Deck in Tropicana. Please be mindful when purchasing from there if she is working and having a bad day.

Wow , I never ever expected this bad customer service at a Starbucks. The woman working here started YELLING at us, she literally scared our kids. It was her fault giving us wrong food then she got angry raging on us saying we have to pay for new order when we never even refused to pay. This woman might actually be the manager somehow. She is older maybe in her 40 and black . Avoid this place.
