Staff members are VERY disrespectful. The lady at the window who took our drive through order was EXTREMELY rude. At first tells us they only take cash, then we get up to the window with cash just to be told we would not get any change because they aren’t taking cash. Then scoffed at us when we asked if we could use card. We ordered two root beer floats which weren’t even full and didn’t receive a receipt. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

If I could put zero I would. We ordered two CLASSIC chicken sandwich combos with a milkshake and a rootbeer float. The rootbeer float was half foam instead of soda and ice cream and they gave us the spicy chicken sandwiches instead. They also took a long time to give us our drinks after telling us to pull around and wait.

The worst KFC around. First I asked for nuggets and they told me that they stopped serving the nuggets for the night. If it’s on your menu you should continue serving it until you close. Then I ask okay can I get some popcorn chicken and they tell me they discontinued that okay that’s fine. We got two mashed bowls lettuce pieces on both, then someone ordered chicken and they said it wouldn’t be a 30 min wait @ kfc??!! Also the nuggets in bowls were not the normal breast nuggets but globs of mystery dark meat! For $26 dollars should be BETTER yuck!!avoid this location!!

I’m not sure how hard it is to hand a mobile order over in the drive-through.. but apparently, it was asking too much because it’s already in the warmer.. so wasted time sitting in the drive-through so I could come in and visit with the crazy homeless.. I just wanted my food and had to do way extra just because workers are just lazy rude or dumb.. maybe all the above. Then, of course, half my stuff was missing… called to ask about, was told that item is no longer available.. (even tho they tool my money..) and that I gotta call whoever I ordered on.. basically refused to help cuz it wasn’t worth her time I guess.. seems like KFC employees are the worst… they truly have No F’s to give..

I don’t eat here often but when I do, I like extra gravy for the famous bowl ( because they never give enough). I knew I would be charged for extra gravy and that’s fine. But the amount they gave me is just ridiculous! There was about a tablespoon full and they charged me $2.49 for that!
