Friendly staff greets you as you enter the store. Ahi Tuna poke bowl was quite good. All of the ingredients seemed fresh. The rolled ice cream was delicious. And as a bonus the kids loved watching them make the ice cream in front of them. Overall no real complaints. Recommended

Food is so good! My favorite spot in town. However it depends on who is working. The girl there barely fills the bowl meanwhile the the really nice guy is filling the customer behind me bowl to the brim. I’m paying $15 for this thing! It would be nice to get my moneys worth and it would be consistent. The north side Poke express is always friendly, consistent, and has lunch cards! Wish they were more like them!

Every time I come in the employees are sitting at a table on their phones. Employees are always in such a rush to get you out the door even when you’re the only customer so they can get back to doing nothing. Food is great except they give you hardly any. Seriously, for almost $16 for just a bowl, I’d expect more than 1/2 a scoop per topping. Came in 09/03 and they were out of multiple things. She didn’t greet me just said “What do you want?”The girl working didn’t care and rushed me through the line and then went back to sitting on her phone. Would be a great place if you found employees who care about your business!

Terrible customer service, the owner or manager was extremely rude. Practically yelled at us while we were ordering our meal and to top it off when we ordered our poke bowl to go he didn’t even follow the instructions and did what he wanted. Worst customer service ever and the gentleman that came in after us was also appalled at his manner. Notably when we entered the Poke Express he seemed upset that we came in, he then carried his conversation with whoever he was speaking with on his phone and did not even acknowledge us until we said can you help us. We ordered poke bowl and ice cream. He over charged us on the ice cream evidently it is no longer 6.99 but now it’s a different price. After serving us the ice cream I told him that he was missing some ingredients and I pointed out on the paper menu that he did not give us the total amount of ingredients. Honestly not sure how he keeps this establishment open from the treatment he gives customers, I hope he can change his attitude and give at least the bare minimum of customer service because this was down right awful.

This place is a quick and easy place to get a quick lunch or dinner. I love poke and this is a regular rotation for me and my husband. The owner is usually on his phone, which annoys me because he is not focused on customer service, hence 4 ⭐. I have reduced the amount of times I go for myself. I still go in for my husband. The young woman with braids is an excellent customer service person. She is awesome at her job. Hopefully you get her to do your bowl.

Where do I start besides they provide you with only the freshest and most flavorful goods. There is an array of toppings that are fresh, & prepared right in front of you on a bed of spinach salad or rice.

Healthy. Inexpensive. Delicious. What more could you want? Seriously, this is my go to place for good reason. Cannot recommend enough. That being said, I have had a bad experience here where the salmon was tough and chewy. If that happens, get your money back. But it is well worth the risk. The Ice cream rolls are really awesome too! I’d suggest one of the flavors they use real fruit for. Oh, and don’t expect to sit in here. I mean, there is seating, but the vibe is just not there. It’s not untypical for the chef to be on a phone call having a heated conversation in Chinese.

Ice cream rolls are a unique and tasty treat. We had the strawberry and cheesecake bowls. Both were prepared on cold slab and rolled as we watched. The fresh curls were decorated in sauces, whipped cream and tasty little pieces of fruits. Bowls big enough to share and very delicious to the palate.
