Went for late breakfast this morning. Our waitress, Shannon, I believe was also the manager. She was training a young man, waiting tables, and making sure everything was done properly. She was pretty young, which was even more impressive. And the place was clean, food was great. We’ll be return customers for sure.

Omg where do I start. First. They don’t greet u when u walk in. This girl started washing the dishes instead of taking my order when I was the only person there. The counter to eat on be dirty and they see it’s dirty and don’t wipe it up. When they first opened this location I use to go all the way to the wh in Deltona becau the service here was so bad. Hasn’t changed one bit. I recommend new training.

Came in around 11:00 am the low counter was dirty and two booths dirty. There were 2 cooks and 4 others there. One other couple was waiting for a table. 15 min goes by tables still dirty. Now there’s about 8 customers waiting for seats. The 2 younger waitresses walked around looked like they were stoned!! They moved at a very slow pace taking one dish in each hand to the sink!! Seriously they did not care that customers were waiting! They Finally decided to finish cleaning the tables. We were seated at low counter. One booth still dirty and other booth taken by the couple ahead of us. The waitress Kara was seriously stoned or something. She finally took our order and then kept waiting to call it out kept asking cooks let me now when I can call it out…… cooks were chatting and working at a slower than usual pace….after another 5 or so minutes passed I asked can we get our drinks? She brought them over ice tea and a coke. The food was horrible the worst ever had from this Waffle House. The bacon was almost burnt I asked for a well hash brown it was so hard and dry basically burnt! She never brought my husband toast we had to ask twice. Finally another waitress brought it. Kara stood there staring at the tickets and on her phone. There were flies everywhere. The cooks were mean to the waitresses and when Xavier called the cooks who were in the back doing who knows what. He said no we have two orders waiting the one cook yelled great I am glad you can count and waited another 5 or so min before coming out. This was the worst experience ever!!!

The great thing about Waffle House is it doesn’t matter if you’re in Georgia or Florida it still the same. At this Waffle House Alexis waited on us and was so helpful with tips on places to ride while we were in town for bike week.

Tried to dine in late at night and my party of 4 wasn’t allowed to sit, even though there were seats available. Apparently they close half of the dining area at night, even when it’s busy. We left because the staff rudely told us that we would have to wait for an open table to be available and we were not told how long it would take. DO NOT go to this Waffle House at night! You will be waiting a longggg time

It was a very busy morning, but that was no excuse for the dirty tables not being bussed and only one server doing 80% of the work on 1/2 of the restaurant. That young man was working as hard as he could with the other server on that end standing around or walking away. He was trying to serve 6 different tickets plus a couple of bar customers. When we entered, we sat at the lower bar. It hadn’t been bussed as well as 2 other seating areas. I will not return to that restaurant.

great, casual place for a late-night breakfast. the waffles are the staple item here. i had the chocolate chip waffle- exactly what i needed for my midnight breakfast craving. they also have breakfast platters with eggs, toast, hashbrowns, and protein. service is quick and staff is friendly, always makes the experience better!
