So I gave this place 4 trys hoping for a better experience but NO! Expect 30-50 min wait times, cold food or incorrect food. And never offer anything for long wait times. If I want long wait times I’ll go to in n out for better burger and half the time. Don’t get me wrong Rally’s is tasty when HOT. Go to the beach Blvd one instead.

This place is complete trash since it opened it has completely failed I’m thinking about suing this place they sold me raw chicken strips for my kids and had to be sent to the emergency room for food poisoning I stopped going here because this is the slowest location it takes 45 min to wait in the drive through and when you get to the cashier you get the wrong order and it’s completely cold I added picture as proof that documents I was sold Raw Chicken I also have the receipt I only went to this location because I was tired of driving to the beach location but looks like I will continue to go farther for better service better quality food if you want to waist your time and get sick and not even get your correct order come here to the katella location if you want warm food that you ordered go to Beach and Lincoln this location is a joke I have never been so disappointed this place should be ashamed to carry the Rallys and Checkers logo you should be ashamed ruining a good name I request a refund the manager refused to give me a refund

They can’t even get your order right and on top of that they take forever!!!!! Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru and there was no cars like come on now. Finally got my order, they didn’t give me a receipt, but it wasn’t a big deal, or so i thought. Got home, opened my order and it was nothing that i asked for. Called and whoever answered the phone was NO HELP!! turned it on me for not getting a receipt lmao like girl whaaat? YOU didn’t give it to me in the first place NEVER AGAIN. Slow and bad customer service. I’ll just stick to the beach location. ✌
