I was asked if I would like to donate to help the kids and receive a coupon for a free small fries. I donated but never received a coupon. No big deal, I hope my donation actually went to the kid’s. I paid almost 20 bucks for two sandwiches. I think I will be going elsewhere.

JJ was probably the rudest kid I have dealt with in any situation. I normally don’t review things even, but I felt this should be prepared for before you go there with a good attitude. As a manager on the headset, I would’ve said something too, but hey what do I know? It’s been forever since I’ve worked the food industry.

Just left after getting a refund due to meat smelling sour. I never had a problem ordering from them until today, when I went in to show my receipt the old lady who took our order was being rude about me coming in for a refund, I would also like to note she had a nasty looking sore on her mouth and I don’t think she should be serving food while she has that!

Service was great. While waiting for my order I casually mentioned that I needed to switch out a $5 bill for quarters to use the hotel laundry and they offered to switch it out, no questions. Going above and beyond can even be little things like this. I imagine they’re short-staffed like everywhere else yet they had a good can-do attitude.

Food is decent, they even have a military and law enforcement discount… but with one caveat, they decide who is and who is not law enforcement. Not my credentials given to me by the federal government that clearly states law enforcement, this gives me no distinction as law enforcement here. Nor does wearing the uniform that has my name and agency on it. Nope, shift Manager Clara decides. HE told me so himself, repeatedly. As a veteran and as an officer this is the last straw for them. I will take my business elsewhere and encourage everyone else to do the same. The hassle is not worth it.
