This has got to be one of the worst taco bells in the state. Every time I come here, they’re either out of half the menu because someone can’t count inventory or they’re just randomly closed. Is anyone managing this place? Today they decided to tell everyone pulling up to the menu that the drive through is closed and you have to place your order inside. When you get inside they say you have to use the kiosk (no one will take your order) – but man, did i love watching someone refuse to use the kiosk and require one of the hiding workers to provide service

The place was filled with many homeless folks, the place was super dirty! the bathrooms were locked. The staff was super rude and also gave me wrong items in my order. My 3 year old could make better tacos. I won’t be returning

Staff was rude. Immediately directed us to the kiosk to place our order. No human contact wanted! The staff talked amongst themselves as if we weren’t there. The restaurant was filthy bathrooms included. Oddly enough the bathroom how to sign in it that said they check it every 30 minutes. We were there in 55 minutes. No one checked it. The self-service drink area was filthy, and the cat trays were full of all kinds of liquid. however, we found a 1/4 oz of weed on the floor so I guess it was a win-win for us. Also, the nachos tasted like plastic. Something was wrong maybe over cooked? Save yourself the trouble head towards 12 mile you’ll find another Taco Bell. I literally would only give this one star if it wasn’t for the floor weed.

I ask for no tomatoes extra beef in my Crunchwrap EVERYTIME. They always put tomatoes and I pay for extra beef for nothing.. sometimes they forget random ingredients in my crunch wrap. I called and no one answered… not my favorite location…

Showed up at 7:45 and a guy said “sorry, we’re closed.” Irritated me. Had to cancel my order, put in another order, drive 4 miles out of my way only to encounter Katherine, or Catherine at the Gratiot-Roseville location. What an asset to your company Taco Bell! She said good morning, how are you and thank you, have a great day, all with a sincere smile! She made my day over something as simple as a taco bell order!

Well where should I even start. Placed an online order. Asked for no tomatoes and of course tomatoes on everything. One of my Chalupas is saugy and wet, just disgusting looking. Meat was extra salty and no sour cream on my $5 mex pizzas. I’m not the type to complain so i came to read the reviews. Looks like I’m not alone. Not coming back to this location until change is made and I recommend you do the same.
