Dirty. Garbage cans full inside and outside. Bathroom is so disgusting I couldn’t use it. I tried to order a mocha frozen coffee. It comes with mocha swirl and whipped cream. They told me they can’t make it because they can put whipped cream on it without the tops. I tried to order a donut they were out of almost all donuts. This is only 10am. I got 2 donuts one maple and one glazed. The glazed was stale. Tasted like it was made a few days ago. And the maple was so sweet and stale I couldn’t eat it. I threw them away. If I’m paying almost $2 for one donut at least they can be fresh.

I ordered half dozen donuts and hash brown from mobile app. When I reached there, the guy told me they’re out of donuts and I only took hash browns. But when I checked my card, they didn’t refund the money. I called them after waiting for 2 weeks since the purchase, the manager was so rude and was not willing to help me and she hung up the phone so rudely. Let me mention here that I was talking to her nicely but still she was frustrated with my questions and hung up the call. Why do you work in customer service if you don’t like to verify things to the customers? I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

The food and coffee are great. But I went in once, and waiting in line for 30 minutes, then get told “only mobile or drive through” orders. They don’t put a sign out to inform guests and ignore them when they come in until you speak up asking for service. Only THEN do they inform you in a rude, harsh manner that they only do drive-through and mobile orders.

0 stars if possible. The donuts are always dry and stale-tasting. I’ve never gotten a fresh donut from this location. There is no consistency of quality with the drinks. Everything tastes different depending on who made the drink. The staff is increasingly grumpy and it’s an extremely off-putting experience. If I want Dunkin, I’ll go to the one south of Walmart from now on.

Got my wife’s order wrong. We didn’t notice till driving away. Also they had no donut choices made compared to most other DDs we visit. Just like nothing at all except plain and chocolate glaze. Wasn’t that busy or late so it made no sense.

Staff was friendly, but must have been short staffed (nothing new nowadays like anywhere else) as the lobby door was locked and only drive thru open. Still ordered off app and just had to wait longer in drive thru line.

Each time i have come, they have locked their doors almost an hour before the listed closing times. If they close the shop earlier than what is listed, there should should be sign on the door. But i have looked into the windows, there has been at least 3 workers inside standing around as there were no other customers either at the drive thru window or inside. They were seemingly doing nothing and when i knocked, i was waved away.
