Food was warm not real hot though at 6pm. Young kids were trying, manager was hiding in the office when people needed help. A two piece with one extra side was $11, and you don’t get a drink. That’s not that bad, but ain’t no sweet tea here or any tea. Not sure why Popeyes would allow that. Anyway my real complaint is that the side is already small, but to half fill it??!! See attached pictures. Poked a hole so you could reference outside to inside. Just isn’t standard anywhere else to short the customer. I surely wasn’t going to get the manager out of the office for that little issue. But quality was ok, but they are new. Owners better get a new person ASAP to run it.

I’ve had Popeyes many times in my life.. and every time it’s good. But this has been the second time, back to back mind you, that the spicy chicken has been trash. It’s one thing that is trash by itself, it’s another thing when it’s trash and it cost so much. This particular location the prices are higher because of its location. I’ve never had bad pot pies before and back to back. This morning I get less than lukewarm chicken and it tastes not like it’s supposed to, in a week before the exact same thing at a totally different time of day. I personally think it’s whoever is cooking it, you know, whoever is making a chicken. Because they’re just ain’t no way you could be messing up chicken like that on a regular. Stuff like that makes you not want to eat at any location anymore. It just ruins the whole experience and expectation of things. It’s like, I’m not going to even gamble with my money type of feeling. So I don’t know, maybe in a couple of years, maybe not… But definitely never get in that location
