5/10/23 – I ordered a pastrami sandwich and my wife ordered the pick 2. We’ve eaten hear in the past but it’s probably been a good year since our last visit and it wasn’t like it is now. The pastrami sandwich had very little meat in it but a lot of the produce. From past experience it’s usually the other way around. I was also taking bites of dry meat so it had to of been sitting out or not covered. The young lady behind the counter was nice but we waited about about 15 to 20 minutes before we got our food even though it was just us and an old older gentleman in the restaurant. I was patient but my wife was growing more and more frustrated with how long it was taking which I don’t blame her because two people came in about five minutes after we ordered and they ended up getting their sandwiches before us. The older lady behind the counter wiped her nose while making sandwiches although she was wearing gloves I don’t think it matters at that point. I will say the place was clean but the quality of the food has declined.

This was my 1st time ever eating at Togos. The cashier John was Super nice welcoming and patient while I decided, I told him I usually get an Italian asked if the pastrami was better he said “definitely pastrami” I don’t eat many pastrami sandwiches but that was the best one I ever ate so far ! But now I have to come back and try the Italian. Also to John for making my first experience perfect.!

We go to this togo’s on the way home from work. The crew dropped the ball this time, my order was wrong. I asked for swiss cheese I got american cheese. I said my no peppers I got peppers. My husband asked for Parmesan bread he got wheat.

Everytime I order they get my order WRONG. Today I finally said something and I got “yeah sorry” excuse me…every single time. Then when I left one of the female worker’s said so somewhere else! SERIOUSLY…HOW ABOUT I JUST LET EVERYONE KNOW INSTEAD AND CORPORATE IS NEXT!

Monday, May 16th. 2022. Dropped in to try Togo’s Meat Ball Sandwich. I’ve tried a competitor’s Meat Ball Sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised with Togo’s Meat Ball 9 ” sandwich. Togo,’s used better bread, the meatballs had a Michelin Restaurant taste, just perfect. The sandwich was more expensive than the competitor’s product. What got us started off right was Amy behind the counter, taking our order. We could tell that Amy liked her job, knew the menu and could read Togo customers like a children’s board book. We ate inside the restaurant. We felt welcomed and comfortable the entire time. It probably took me a good half hour to finish the sandwich. Good experience all around

The wife and I came here for lunch since it’s close to our residents. I ordered a large Hot Pastrami on wheat bread and my wife a large Hot Roast Beef on wheat. What we noticed was the lack of meat in our sandwiches compared to the past visits to other Togos locations. There was plenty of fixings inside our sandwiches and they tasted good. Going to try some other sandwich shops, hopefully they put a little more meat in their sandwiches.

This was my first time at this Togo’s. The tables could have been cleaner and there were plenty of employees who seemed to have little to do. That being said, I ordered the Pastrami melt and it was delicious.
