Honey Bunches Of Oats
They were very kind to me, i went through the drive through and forgot that i REALLY wanted gravy, so i asked the woman at the counter if i could get two gravy with my order despite the fact that it was last second, which i did feel a little bad about. She was extremely kind, very fast, and did it all correctly with a smile on her face! Fantastic service.

I love coming here, i only ever get ice cream but they always have lots of bits in their flurries unlike some stores. My only complaint is sometimes they fill the cups too full with ice cream and it leaks but is that really a complaint?

I think dairy queen is a bit overpriced but the product is good. My issue is when people order food in the drive up, they should move ahead so others can their order more quickly. Or, they could designate a parking spot specifically for that. That would make it better.

They did not mark the drinks. We were given no dipping sauces. When I went in to ask for the dipping sauces. It took a couple minutes for them to acknowledge that anyone was at the counter. When I told the girl who finally came to the counter that I didn’t get any sauces instead of getting them for me she referred me to the manager. By that time I was upset. I was told not to yell at the kid at the window. Which all I had said to him when we were at the window, I asked what drink was what and he laughed and said that he wasn’t sure. Now my husband is a diabetic and can’t have the sugar. The manager informed me that the 16 year old at the window had only been employed for 2 weeks and couldn’t be expected to mark the drinks or even get the orders correct. Me and my family will NOT go to a place that makes excuses for and has no accountability to the paying customers.

We tried DQ for a change. Neither of us have had it in some time. Service was fairly quick. I’d give our Cheese Burgers a 3 as they were warm. Not hot whatsoever. I had a chilli dog which was hot. Onion rings were very good. So a 5 on most, but the cheese Burgers certainly knocked our rating down considerably.

They have never turned over the blizzard…. False advertisement. Owner won’t change staff. Wait it is connersville, no one wants to work and do things right. The driver before me and myself are lucky we did not wear our order. The girl pretty much threw the items to him and myself. There is a reason why I only go there maybe once a year.

She didn’t put our ice cream upside down but I didn’t realize that she didn’t until I was pulling off. Do they still give it to you for free if they don’t tip it over before handing it to you? Also was very expensive obviously one large coke and two regular blizzards was over 15$.
