The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. However, we were ignored in the drive-through and ended up going inside. Upon entering we were met with dirty looks from the lady working the window and waited way too long for anyone to take our order. While waiting for our food we watched as the window person took payments then proceeded to touch food items without washing her hands. The filthy floor was full of food and litter. This is all just the tip of the iceberg of our negative experience. It’s sad that this is the best BK in the Bloomington-Normal area. Maybe they were just having a bad day? I’m willing to give them another shot. Hopefully they’ll redeem themselves.

Conveniently located just off Veterans Parkway in Normal. Good breakfast menu, fast drive-thru, good tasting Whoppers and fries. The employees seemed nice and got our order right. The French Toast sticks with syrup are very good. Everything was warm.

Pulled up to drive thru around 10pm. Someone asked if we’d like to try the whopper combo and we said we were okay. Then we tried to use a coupon code but didn’t show up on the phone. So we decided to place an online order. The whole process was less than a minute. Order was placed but the worker left the restaurant during that time. My credit card was charged but we couldn’t get the meal. Went to a different BK to get a different order. It’s okay to close 1 hour early but just make sure the online order is disabled.

Place was terrible!!! There was this girl I asked for her name she mentioned it was Mindy she was arguing with this young man who was very nice! She got mad and just threw the sandwich together all kinds of swearing and many more well I heard one of the employees talking about if they are gonna call in the exterminator for the roach problem their having and when I heard that I asked for a refund will never return there and I advise no one else return there as well not just because of the poor service but because of the roaches and I asked an employee I forgot her name it started with a j but she said yeah that there getting the roaches under controlled and she apologized about it.

Good food, deals and friendly store associates. I do wish Burger King would have a separate check-in area for mobile orders like their competition does. If you order on the app you shouldn’t have to wait in line behind everyone at the cash register who hasn’t place their order yet. I don’t want to budge in line just to let them know I’m there to pick up my order I placed on their app.

Food was fresh!! The crew made sure we were in and out so quick and everything was made to order had to of been I regret not getting a receipt for a survey because this is the first time I’ve gotten such great food and fast service at a burger king!
