These people are CHEATING YOU out of your money. I always ask for ego fu young, 2 LARGE FRIED RICE 2 LARGE LO MEIN. 2 VEGGIE EGG ROLLS. They always give me the carton of rice and the carton of lo mein. Today they gave me 1 styrofoam lo mein (which has more than the carton) 1 carton of lo mean 2 small fried rice and 2 spring roll. So I called to let them know this is not what we ordered, we want EVERYTHING LARGE! Then she tells me sometimes we give styrofoam( I ask for styrofoam every time I come) then I stated you are cheating people because the styrofoam gives you more food! Everytime I call they give me what they want to give. She hung up on me! I WILL NEVER COME BACK. This is TERRIBLE Customer service!

Still in Covid lockdown for some reason….so you’d have to stand outside if it was raining waiting for your food. Which….was not good….it was better at some point, but now the food is lacking in flavor and sauce. Ordered the chicken and broccoli and it was warm at best, and bland. Not recommended, especially for the price.

Just ordered from Great China, since the pandemic their customer service has fallen off, what most disappointing is having to explain your dissatisfaction to a 10 year old. This is second incident in which what I ordered was not received, more aggregating is promises are made to discount your next order that are not kept. I must take my money and business elsewhere, customer service has been poor at best.
