Not bad but not great either. The rice was undercooked, the chicken katsu was horrible, the orange chicken was also horrible. I did not try enough of the menu items to really recommend anything. I have never had a drier chicken katsu in my life though, however. The chicken cutlet was literally 1cm thick with 90% of it being the breading, was also overcooked. I grew up in Hawaii and I know a good Katsu when I see it. I was very underwhelmed by their chicken katsu bento box. My wife got the Teriyaki beef Bento and the thin cut steak was pretty good. Rice was also undercooked on here plate as well though.

My third visit in the past year and a 1/2 or so. And each time they are a little better . Definitely trying to improve service. They had extra fans inside. Smelt nice and clean. I will go back again.

Our food was great and Beautiful. We had ZERO issues during our visit. Both ladies who served our table were excellent and friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our selves! I was so hungry I didn’t take pictures of all our dishes!

This is the second time we have ordered off the app. Our customer service mgr went to pick up our food and was told we never placed our orders even after showing him our confirmation numbers for our orders. and where we were charged on all of our credit cards. He told her she didn’t know how to order online and none of our orders went through. She just left. After returning back to work with no food i got into my car and drove back myself, after speaking with the owner Bruce Lee i showed him our confirmation numbers and when our order would be ready. He apologized and made our orders right away. when i was handed the food all of our receipts had a pick up time of 12:05 pm. I picked up our orders at 12:45 and was not even offered a apology for the way we were treated or for the fact that two people had to take time out of our work day to get our lunch.

food was above average but soda is $3.75 per cup and a to-go box is $3.00 per box. waitress with multicolored hair was very sweet. atmosphere was dull and seemed like it was stuck in 2006.

The guy who was serving everyone was ok, but he did numerous things that I didn’t like. For example, he yanked the menu from me after I had ordered as if he was in a hurry. Food was not too good, but also not bad. Prices are pretty high for what you get. But, beware coming here. It seems to be a hit or miss for everyone, but food poisoning is something that I and several others received after dining here. I would not recommend and will not be returning.
