Ordered food last night via phone. Lady was respectful. I wish they’d ask for a number so the driver could call when lost(I’m on a new street doesn’t show on maps). I had to tell her to take my number down. Driver called when he realized he didn’t see the address on the map. But he was just as respectful as the lady in the phone. Food was good. Just wish I knew my kids would eat my steak instead of their grilled cheese.

The first time I ordered they forgot my roll and the toppings for my potato. No big deal. Didn’t even call them but then last night I ordered again spent over $50 and my two side salads were missing. Called them and they said they will have it out 2 me because I was delivery and live maybe 2 miles away FYI but I have no vehicle and have a 5year old and I waited and no one ever came. I will never be ordering again. 2 mess ups out of 2 orders and then lied to.

Currently sitting at the drive through window for nearly 10 minutes no one has come to service us. We called ahead and got no answer we figured you all were just busy, but when we got here we called again after waiting for few minutes and still got no answer. The parking lot is full of cars, we even saw a guy walk in, yet the restaurant with the exception of the kitchen is completely dark and there is no one to be found It was 7:00pm.

The woman answering the phone has ZERO emotion in her voice, I was put on hold multiple times. Also, I ordered delivery and they left out part of my order and I was not apologized to after calling to have them bring the rest of my food. I ALWAYS leave nothing less than a $10 dollar tip and I’ve only had 1 good encounter with this establishment. They have great food but customer service is not good at all.

It took 23 minutes to place an order for delivery, a burger, steak and wings. It was beyond frustrating. The poor girl was obviously not trained properly, if at all. Didn’t think asking for a potato instead of fries and adding grilled onion on my burger was so difficult. And they shorted us a salad again as they did last time. At least my burger was good and hubby loved the wings. Prices are too high for what you get. And have someone who knows what they’re doing answer the phone to take orders.

Ordered delivery, took over an hour to be delivered, they left out the an order of fries, and the extra sauce I requested. When I called back to have them send it the things they forgot, 20 minutes after calling, I called back to see where they were, and they said they hadn’t sent it out yet. Drove up there myself to talk to a manager, and they wouldn’t open the door to talk to me, after sitting in their drive through for 15 minutes waiting on ONE other car in front of me. The phone call wasn’t pleasant when I was just trying to get the food I paid for. Will never eat here again.

Don’t waste your money tryed for first time today 8/18/20. Had delivered did not recieve side salads. Called and they said oh I forgot the salads recieved 20 minutes later. Never a knowledged or apology for their mistakes. They don’t state that there steaks are loaded with some kind of nasty seasoning. Was loaded with some kind steak seasoning rinsed steak off and ended up cooking my self . Not cooked medium was rare and super tough was not a quilty steak for 15.99 no grilling. Will not try again.Way over priced :reply to owner you lost 1 out of your supposedly of 50 orders that had no complaints. It only takes 1 unsatisfactory customer to complain and you can lose 10 people to try you! It was my first time trying you but will not be back or recommend you. Why you being so rude to my post and not the other unhappy post. Guess I was to truthful about my experience.

We ate there last night amazing experience staff was very courteous food and drinks was on time. The food was off the charts great and best hot wings in North Alabama. when you go there you better be hungry because you’ll be taking some home it’s a lot of food.
