The teenager making my sandwich obviously didn’t listen, especially since she had a headphone in one ear. But put a handful of black olives on when I didn’t ask for it, put way too much mayo when I asked for a little. And barely put on any or none of the toppings on that I did ask for. Really upset that I spent money on this.

I keep going back thinking it was a fluke but last 3 times I’ve been here my food sucks! This time I asked for standard dressing and got home and had pickles and mayo. I won’t be back which is unfortunate because Mr Goodcents used to rock.

Stopped here for my lunch break at work like I used to, when I walked into the GM berating his employees and making fun of them. He ignored me for a few minutes until another manager noticed me and made a derogatory remark about me and my employer. I told him that I didn’t appreciate his comment and he didn’t know me and that’s when the GM turned his attention back to me and made a comment about a time when he believed I was in his restaurant. I told him that he didn’t know me and that he just lost my business. If you’re reading this, don’t give this clown your business!! Go elsewhere!!

The first time I ever had to walk out of a fast food place. After using the mens restroom that I had to wait for because it was occupied by a female employee, I waited at the counter to order for what seemed like a couple of minutes without one of the 3 young employees even acknowledging me that I was waiting to order. They seemed to be more worried about the trash cans, the bun and toppings areas before closing instead of a customer. Finally gave up and walked out saying I guess I need to go somewhere else.

Just got home and opened my sandwich to find it about 10% made with the ingredients that should’ve been on it. Asked for pepper jack cheese, as you can see there are about 4 triangles of cheese stacked all in the middle. Employee made no attempt to spread them out across the half sandwich I ordered. Asked for green peppers and olives and hardly got any. I am not typically one to leave negative reviews like this but this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this particular location. Will not be returning.

Ordered our food at 7:45 and they took the money out but here we are 2 hours later, no food, and they are closed so no one to call. Hoping this will be able to be easily resolved when they open tomorrow and we get our $40 back with no arguments.

On Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 5:25 PM I waited three minutes before I was acknowledged while the 4 workers behind the counter were talking to each other. I was told there was going to be a wait due to online orders. All I wanted was one sandwich. I prefer to place a order to go in the store not online. I also felt that online orders are what they are in business for. Ended up leaving without ordering anything

Not the first time having issues at this location which is known for skimping toppings but this might have topped them all. Sandwich was suppose to have lettuce, cucumber, pickle, green pepper, Mayo, (vinegar & oil …which was NOT put on the sandwhich, but instead black olives. I didn’t even ask for black olives!) I would not recommend going to this location.
