Prices for portion sizes was reasonable, but service was slow and the food just tasted off. I ordered Chicken with Broccoli, which I get most places I go, and the sauce tasted strange. One of my coworkers got Chicken with Vegetables and she said her sauce tasted funny as well. Another got the General Tso’s Chicken and he said the same thing. We all ordered online and the food took much longer to actually receive than what was originally promised. I’m not sure if we just got a “bad batch” or if their sauces just taste completely different from the majority of other Chinese restaurants’ sauces. If these reviews were based on personal preference, I would give it a one star – but I don’t think that’s fair to the restaurant.

I have to agree with the other review. This place has really gone downhill, what used to be 5-10 minutes service has turned into 50-100 minute service. If she tells you 30 minutes you better double it.

Young Chow has really great food. Although the food takes awhile its worth it! Only one person is there to cook and take orders so that’s the reason for the delay. Now a days there has been an issue with staffing throughout and no one wanting to work. For those who commented about the wait be a little understanding and remember there is only one person working their. 🙂 Best Chinese food I had in years!

Use to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. I ordered online last night using Beyond Menu, got to the store and the lady (working alone) couldn’t find my order, an hour and a half later I get my food (3 small entrees). Get home and it’s wrong. Call her and she says bring it back, 1 hour and 50 minutes later we finally get to eat. I ordered online at 5:30 and I got home (less than 1.5 mile away) at 7:20. I will not be ordering from here again. Last time it was the same way although it wasn’t “quite” like this was. I’m done giving them a chance
