Just went thru the drive-thru, ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. The 3 whoppers I ordered did not have all the ingredients, pickles, onions or tomatoes for the 3 sandwiches. The 3 cheeseburgers also were made incorrectly with no condiments at all or pickles. The fries were cold. Not sure why we had to pull over and wait when everything was cold and not even made correctly. I really can’t recommend going to this burger King at all.

This BK has really gone downhill over the past few years. Orders are typically not correct, stale or cold. Wanted a Rodeo Cheeseburger, so thought I would run by and give another shot. Tried to order the jalapenos poppers they were out, then tried to order a shake and the machine was not working, so just ordered a Rodeo Cheeseburger. Have attached a photo of my order, no cheese, which I paid extra for. Very simple, ticket says Cheeseburger, don’t understand how orders are constantly wrong. If you go, make sure you open up everything before you leave to see if it’s right.

Filthy. Unprofessional. Long wait. The employees in this location are very unprofessional. They have loud unprofessional conversations and have a “I don’t care attitude .” Inside it is very dirty and unclean. There is no good customer service. The wait is long because employees prefer to talk instead of focusing on serving the customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I don’t understand how this Burger King is still open. 9 out of 10 attempts something is wrong and they can’t take orders in the drive thru or they mess up the simplest of orders. I would rather buy across town and come home with cold stuff than make another attempt to go to this location, completely tarnishes the brand.

Absolutely horrible! Drive thru is supposed to be quick service. If there are issues going on let the customer know so they can make their own decision instead of taking their money and waiting for 30 minutes for food! We had someplace else to be and needed something quickly!

Order a double whopper with cheese combo with extra mayonnaise and that’s all they put on it then two double cheeseburgers add mayonnaise and that all that was on it to called up there a few time and nobody ever answers I don’t see how they still in Business hell one time I emailed there Corporate office about a order they messed up got a email back saying there manager was going to call me and that never happened

We realize fast food locations are understaffed right now, but when the person taking orders cannot hear and the speaker isn’t functioning properly, it just adds to the unsatisfactory experience. The fact their were 2 cars at BK and over 20 across the street at the competition tells me management needs to take some action.

This BK is just plain horrible. No wonder it is always empty it takes them 20 min to take your order via the drive-thru and another 20 to give you your food. I can understand being understaffed on a busy day but this was a Thursday night and I was the only person in line!

Wow! What an experience. Very sweet girl took our order on the mic she had a little trouble but I believe it was her first day. Once we got to the second window however we were met with who we believe was the manager. She yelled at her employees and had an attitude. She then put our food in the bag without gloves. Please do NOT eat here for your own safety. Thank you
